Stopped on our way thru town for the night. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just off the interstate. Only problem was the noise caused by the people across the hall. They let their kids run around the hotel and bang on the door til about 11. But since we said nothing the hotel can't be blamed

Absolutely amazing the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, it has recently been remodeled i'll never forget the beautiful spiral stair case it had but it is still very beautiful. The Jacuzzi in the room me and my husband had was amazing and relaxing! the Manager Betsy was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable with our stay the front desk girl Felicia was sweet as well and the night girl Laura was wonderful as well. We will definitely be coming back to stay soon!

Stayed here for 3 days for work.
Pros- Nice big rooms, cable, wifi, breakfast, gym.
Staff was friendly and helpful
CONS- Toilet and shower had weak water pressure. Drains were clogged. Pancakes taste like rubber. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced.
I would stay here again but wouldn't be my first choice.response / report this review -

Coffee available 24/7 is a major plus. Fantastic location with a nice restaurant right across the street. The back area is nice to relax at, with a view overlooking the Smoky Mountains.

Dining area was too small. Large dogs stayed there and were loud after quiet hours. People were hanging out front (staff?) and were loud even after 11 pm. Room was nice and clean.

Got food poisoning from breakfast bar my first day. The staff was all very nice, and the cleaning people asked if I needed anything each time they saw me. The owners hovered to monitor use of copier and fax. Pretty petty, considering I stayed at hotel two weeks and needed to utilize business services at hotel. The nearest FedEx office store is a half hour drive away, and closed on nights and weekends.

On July 11,2017 I checked in to this hotel because my car was broke down. The front desk and maintenance went way beyond their duty to assist me with my car repair and helping to ensure my family wasn't displaced due to over-booking. The maintenance staff took me to auto parts stores for auto parts and anything else I needed. They really where concerned for the well being of my family and I and I cannot ever repay them for how much their hospitality meant to me at a time when it was needed most. Highly recommended in my book. Thanks again guys.

Newly remodeled! Everything in our room looks brand new. Friendly and helpful staff. Ask for rooms facing South to get a great view of the Smoky mountains.

Hotel under construction, limited parking. Pool and fitness room closed. Told us our reservations were cancelled?? Made up for it giving us a suite. Great breakfast.

Pros- Nice room, good location, some staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cons- Door to room was not latched when we checked in, which was concerning. Called to front desk for sheets for foldout sofa bed, when they were delivered I was told "there isn't a pillow", and I had to ask for a blanket because it wasn't brought up with the sheets. Went to breakfast next day, server was told by another guest that people wanted more sausage, eggs, and pancakes, server said "oh no, it's too close to quitting time" and stood in front of food (it was 15 minutes before end of service). We asked if we could at least eat what WAS available, server said yes and continued standing in front of food. We then asked if she would be able to move over so we could get to it. After eating what was left, my party all had stomach issues, so we did not eat it the following day. We didn't have a door sign to indicate we didn't want housekeeping to enter our room, so we asked the front desk who assured us they would let housekeeping know to skip our room. When we returned that evening, our room had been cleaned and one bed had been made (but not the other bed). While I WOULD stay here again, I would definitely skip the breakfast and make certain you are given a door sign if you don't want housekeeping to enter. Bring an extra pillow & blanket if you are getting a foldout sofa bed since they may not have one to give you!

Great stay. Excellent pricing. CLEAN suite. Quiet location just off the interstate. Good continental breakfast selection. One of the best sleeps in an unfamiliar location I have ever had. Definitely will stay here again when I come through this area again. Really enjoyed the view from the balcony.
