Simple but affordable. Good location. Don’t let the cozy bar photos mislead you: it’s for group reservations only. No bar and since Cherokee is a dry county, no alcohol around.

We are in 234 and if you like air don't choose this room. We are happy with everything else from the cleanliness and amenities but when we called the front desk there is no fans. Don't exspect to cuddle with your loved one because you will toast in this room.

Nice spacious rooms with desk table, sofa chair and ottoman. Big Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. No coffee at front desk! They said they were out!? Are you kidding me? How does a hotel run outta coffee at 10:30am? Yes, there's single cup coffee makers in the rooms, but not a fan of them.

The service was okay, but the beds we're kind of hard and the AC was always too cold or too hot. The shower was very sensitive to temperature and the water pressure was pretty low. I've got to say though the view early in the morning of the mountain is so beautiful. You can really see why they call them The Great Smokey Mountains right from your hotel window.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and nice in the front office and the ones that we came in contact with throughout our stay. Pool was great for the kids to unwind. Great location.

Quiet friendly staff. Prices vary way too much. 50 to 200 depending on their mood I guess. Clean rooms.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and for the most part comply. Beds could have used some warmer blankets and pillows were too hard.

It was in a beautiful location. I opened my door and there is mountains as my view. People were very nice and the rooms very very clean. The rooms looked just like the picture. It was very quiet too, I really appreciated that.
