This year (2017) our family stayed at Linger Lodge, a fabulous cabin, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fire pit out back was a real delight! This made nearly 20 years that our family has been doing business with Timber Tops, and have never been disappointed. Our family comes in from Indiana, Florida and Texas to spend our Christmases in one of their cabins.

Cabin (knotty and nice) was cozy and clean but in need of a few updates. Upstairs main bedroom king bed definitely needs a new mattress as well as the basement sleeper sofa. Couldn’t use it, springs sticking out of old mattress. Upstairs bathroom sink did not drain, stopper broken. Road up to the cabin is no joke!! Very steep and one lane at times.
Check in and check out was a breeze and they even had the cabin ready before the scheduled check in time. Cabin is close to everything!!!

The cabin was very nice. Very clean as well. We stayed in the Pearl's Splash cabin that had a pool, sauna, and hot tub. Great time for us and the kids. Definitely plan to do it again next year. May look into a larger cabin with three full bedrooms though so the kids don't have to argue about who sleeps where. :-)

WOW!!! Our cabin was awesome!! The cabin and views were breath taking!! So relaxing!! Everything about this vacation was perfect!! The game room, jacuzzi tub, watching Bald Eagles.and the snow!! Just awesome!!

Stayed at the Have I Told You Lately Cabin. Everything was as expected. Very clean! Ease of check in and out was awesome. We really enjoyed the fireplace. I would go back.

Very good customer service. Our one cabin was just beautiful. Great view, layout, and nicely decorated. Our other cabin had too many stairs. So when booking make sure to ask about the number of stairs. I would definitely use Timber Tops again.

We LOVED our stay at the Majestic Mountain Escape cabin! The views were absolutely stunning!! Check-in and check-out was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The cabin was very clean and decorated so cute. We were very impressed by all the cooking pots/pans & utensils provided in the kitchen. This was our first stay and will definitely be back! We would highly recommend staying with Timber Tops Cabin Rentals to anyone! Awesome experience!

My wife and I couldn't have been any happier with our stay. What a beautiful cabin we stayed in, with just breathtaking views. We really appreciated the coupons, as we took advantage of what the Smoky Mountains had to offer. We are already planning on coming again next year. Thank you for a trip we will never forget!

Cozy corner cabin was horrible!! There was mold in the shower. The only bed was broken. The patio screens were ripped and broken. The carpet was stained. The hot tub had stuff in the bottom. Over absolutely horrrible for the price. Timber tops refused to refund us the $330/ night stay!!

Beautiful views from back balcony. We stayed for 5 days in Yogi & Boo Boos Place & overall had a great experience. Privacy wall for hot tub. Expected 3 beds, got 2. 16 year old twins had to share a bed. Smoke detector had been placed in a drawer, several lights were out & living & master bedroom TVs were just not working. Maintenance came & found a breaker had been turned off, he replaced the smoke detector, but he didn't have enough bulbs. We made do & switched some bulbs.

Gorgeous views and very spacious cabin. We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 kids) stay in the cabin and had PLENTY of room. The kids loved the theatre room and the adults loved the morning views of the Smokies in the rockers on the porch. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and had a great time. Would definitely come back again.

My family stayed in Splash With A View cabin for a week. The cabin was beyond expectations. Mountain views were spectacular. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, TONS of movies to choose from in the home theater room, fun game rooms, and pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Only negative I could mention would be the grill. The charcoal grill was road side and did not have a cover on it. It was hard to grill on with a little wind on the mountain. Luckily the kitchen was so well stocked, we moved meal prep inside.

This is our second time staying at Linger Lodge. Gorgeous view and outside area.
Needs some updating though. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs replaced.
Has a great fire pit outside with rocking chairs around it.
Gorgeous views and fairly private.
This is the cabin that we got married in last year. Hope when we come back to have a better mattress to sleep on. :)

Our reservation process was smooth and easy! Check in was seamless! Less than 5 minutes. Now to the good stuff, our cabin was just as pictured not like in some hotels or cabins where they show the very up to date picture and you walk in to things misplaced or old. We stayed at the top (highly recommend!!) The view in the morning is to die for. At night time we had plenty of privacy to swim in the hot tub. Our first night last night we forgot our pin number to get back in the cabin after we left so we called the emergency maintenance number and he was very helpful with no complaints! This is only our first morning of 3 here and we already can't wait to come back!! Very well worth and affordable for what you get. One of the best parts is they include a "luxury pass" which means that you get 1 free ticket to every attraction on their list for each night you stay. Will easily save us a couple hundred dollars. We will definitely be back.
