We love it here. Have stayed in several cabins in the past and all have been clean and comfortable

We stayed in Absolute Viewtiful and the view was great. However, it was presented to us as a" luxury cabin "The cabin was run down, poorly maintained, dinning rooms chair upholstery was torn and the alarm system was broke. The hot tub and the garden tub jets did not work properly. The pool table was worn and the electronic games did not work. The AC was so loud it made it difficult to sleep on the lower level. The only luxury about the cabin was the view and the price I paid to stay in this run down cabin. Very disappointed!

I loved and enjoyed my stay at their cabins. I stayed during the last hurricane, staff was great and cabin was amazing. I did have a little bit of difficulty finding it at first but I'm guessing that was from my being tired of driving.

I have stayed at Hidden Mountain Resort for 22 years. The last 5 years it seems is going down hill. Last stay in #4055 Thanksgiving 2017 was a bad experience. Beds were bad. Hot Tub didn't work. Furniture needed to be replaced. Seems like maintenance is going down hill as well. We mentioned all of this to the front desk staff. All she could say was I'm sorry. My family thinks it's time to try a new resort.

The best cabins in the Smokey mountains! We have stayed several times in the last twenty five years and have never been disappointed.

I was in cabin 5250. The cabin was great and all of the kids on the trip had a great time. The only bad thing about this cabin was that the undercarage of our cars scraped on the driveway when we entered and exited the cabin. We had to park in the on the road a parking.

We spent 4 nights at Hidden Mountain Resort East #4188. We had the best view of downtown Pigeon Forge of any mountain cabin; we could see our cabin clearly from the main drag. There were 15 of us staying in the cabin and it was comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed being able to sit all of us at a single table, while still being just a few minutes from all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. The only minor negatives were that the cabin could have been slightly better maintained, especially with regards to its furnishings.

Nice, comfy cabins. Most have hot tubs! The staff was super friendly when we checked in. The bed wasn't very comfortable, though.

Very nice cabin /rv resort. Beautiful scenery and lots of picnic areas with gorgeous views. Only 5 minutes to down town. Very friendly staff, reasonably priced. Very pleased.

It was clean and the cabin was exactly how it was decided and pictured online. It was very restful and peaceful, even though I was concerned about it at first with some of the cabins being pretty close together. Overall all very great and I would go back again for sure.

Nice place to stay, we have stayed with them many times, they have villas, cabins, The Dell, and Farm Houses, so much there u would have to stay to enjoy. Everyone in the office is very nice also.

The staff was great, however the cabin quality was less than expectation for the price. There are cracked floors and broken wood pieces, the beds were not comfortable. The overall design of our cabin however was very charming and the view is great.
