I loved stayed here! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were decent. The bathrooms were extremely nice, and the only bad thing I have to say about it is that the wifi provided is not very good at all.

We have been here 3 times now. Love, Love, Love it. Cabins and condos are always clean. The pool that we experienced in the summer was so much fun with the waterfalls. Always looking forward to come here.

We have stayed here 3 separate times over the last 5 years. Twice in a 3 bedroom cabin and this time in a 1 bedroom cabin. We have enjoyed the cabins every time. My only complaint at all is I wish the cabins were a little farther from each other but that's just personal preference. The cabins are always clean and well taken care of. We will be staying here again I am sure.

This place is extremely clean. The staff is out of this world. I highly recommend this place. The Colby Bob pizza just mins to the right also has wonderful pizza and burgers.

Came here in Jan of 2017 love it at the Log Cabins so went and book another Week for March. Then came back for changing of the Color of the Leaves on Oct.29, 2017 till Nov. 5 2017

If you're looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay then this is it. Very clean cabins and friendly staff. Our cabin had a hot tub on the back porch; which was nice. The grounds and cabins look nicely kept and the area is quiet; except for the busy two lane highway close by. I would recommend buying food for meals to prepare at the cabin. Eating out can be pricey and will add up fast. There is a Wal-Mart marketplace and Kroger in the Sevierville and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. There are other small grocery outlets too. Lots of activities to do around the area. Overall a great experience.

The 3 bedroom & 2 bathrooms suited the 8 of us. The kitchen had very little cabinet space for dry goods. The hot tub was very nice. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool!

Loving our stay. Perfect cabin for family of 4+. Awesome swimming pool, easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the national park areas. Great swimming pool for those with young kids, way nicer than we expected.

We had a great time the week we spent at The White Oak Lodge and Resort with our son in law, daughter and grandbaby. It was 4th of July week, we got there on the 1st of July and we will be leaving on the 8th.
When we arrived at the Resort, the cabin was clean, there was clean fresh linen on the beds and clean fancy linen in the bathrooms. There were pots and pans in the kitchen that you could cook with, as well as a complementary basket with coffee and popcorn. We loved that there was a private hot tub with our cabin.
The rooms are very spacious and the resort crew were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The resort is like a quiet neighborhood which is what we really liked..
The little store at the front of the cabins is very convenient to pick up a few things that you might have forgotten, as well as picking up a fresh brewed coffee.
You are 10 miles from the town of Gatlinburg so you can easily get downtown and see the sights. You are also about 5 miles from the nearest grocery store, which is convenient to shop for the things that you will need for your vacation stay in the Smokies. .
We only had a couple complaints, 1)was about one of the cleaning people, it was the lady with the blonde hair who drove a green pickup truck. I feel that she was driving too fast on the road as she was going to and from the cabins to get them cleaned for the next set of people to come in. .
2) Another thing was the pool was clear but there were some type of worms crawling up the wallsof the pool. They looked like centipedes, I don't know what they can do to the little kids that swim in the pool.
Everything else we loved about The White Oak resorts. We would come back and stay at any one of these cabins again. .response / report this review -

Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Condo is very spacious, well maintained and we just love that the second floor unit has a loft with day bed.

We go every year and always enjoyed our trip. The cabins are very clean and this year we went for the larger cabin for the Super Bowl weekend. Can't wait for us all to have another great experience!!!!
