Quaint 2 story hotel. 2 machine fitness center and outdoor pool. Very friendly and attentive staff.

We got into town late and the hotel that we originally reserved failed to hold our room. The Hampton staff was friendly and was able to find us a room. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only shortcoming that I found was the layout of the breakfast area. It was crowded in and the way it was laid out made it difficult to get food.

The accommodations are nice. However, we booked a room in August for November and asked for adjoining rooms. They did not follow through with our reservations. They made very little effort to accommodate a group that wanted to be together. They basically gave us rooms on the same floor.

Great hotel. Room very clean!!! Service was amazing. Always hot coffee!! Breakfast was an added treat. Thank you so much. We have stayed here several times in the past & have always been impressed!!

Hotel was ok. The pool could be inside. The fitness room could be bigger, just one treadmill and and one ecliptic trainer. Our room neighbor was extremely laud in the middle of the night. Overall wasn't different what I expected. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clear. The TV lost the connection in every 10-13 minutes for a couple seconds and sometimes the sounds won't come back.

This Hampton Inn had pleasant staff. The kids loved the outdoor pool. It was a slightly older HI blueprint so the rooms we're slightly small. Fine for a night's stay. The breakfast area was a bit too small for the size of the hotel.

My room was spotless, beds, fridge and especially the bathroom. Nice LED flat screen TV, Direct TV and heat/ac controlled by a wall thermostat. The breakfast was super. The pool looked very clean but I did not get the chance to try it out. It is a must stay in Cherokee if you are looking for a very clean facility with great in-house staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff!

I stayed here whole visiting the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The hotel is clean, staff is polite, breakfast is great; met all my expectations. It's close to everything in Cherokee and a good place for daily trips to the national park.

I have never had a bad experience at Hampton Inn. I would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again because not only were the people nice but they truly made you feel right at home. The room was clean and neat. The people were nice friendly and very helpful.
