This is a run down hotel , where each room has something not working: like fire/smoke sensor beeping constantly because they did have batteries to replace, no electric power in most of the outlets. I kept wondering why my phone and laptop not charging, I thought my charger was broken and bought a new one, till I found there was no power. Front desk people acknowledged that a renovation of the hotel is due. Their service is good, staff is very polite & professional and quickly worked on to change my room and do as much as they could to make my stay comfortable. So I'm willing to ignore a few short coming and if I have to, I would stay here again. To me people and their attitude matter more than a few inconveniences.
Thus appears to have been an extend stay hotel at one time. Spots (unidentifiable spills on the carpet. The bathroom is small. I am listening to the shower from the next room that is so loud that it's drowning out the television, also knocking off my concentration because im doing work in my computer. Note: The guest showering at 11:00pm woke me out of my sleep. The room is nicely decorated. The breakfast, nice. Checkout 12pm, however forget that because the cleaning staff will go down the hallway of rooms slamming each and every door. If you want quiet, go to one of the other hotels.
Rooms were quite spacious. Had couch and desk area and then beds. Beds were full size in our room but totally worked. Also couch was a pull out couch. My only concern was the bathroom door being so close to toilet; we found you had to lift toilet seat in order to close door. Small inconvenience and rather scary to drop something in toilet. Staff were extremely friendly. Had a bar with limited spirits. Had complimentary breakfast with variety.
Staff was extremely cheerful and made the stay great. The room itself was amazing. Very clean, very comfortable beds, and cozy atmosphere. If in that area again I will absolutely stay here again!
This place was very clean and very comfortable to sleep in. I loved the breakfast bar and the staff was super courteous and helpful with all my questions and needs. Location is perfect as it is close to many restaurants and malls. My visit was highly enjoyable and would definitely visit again.
The bathroom could have been a little bit bigger but otherwise my stay was perfect. It was clean, it smelled good, and they had options for food 24/7. It was Probably the cleanest Hotel I've stayed at. The reason I'm only giving three stars is because in the two times I've stayed at Hyatt Hotels, both times they put a hold on my debit card for twice the amount of the room for up to a week before putting the other back into my account. This is a shady practice and I doubt I'll be staying at Hyatt in the future unless I pay cash.
The hotel is located right in Duluth and is in accessible range to the mini Korea - town. The rooms are nice but the a/c unit in ours was a little weak. No fan in the bathroom either. Service is great though. Every time we came back to the room at night it was cleaned and if we needed extra towels or blankets, they were provided very quickly.
The hotel is older but well taken care of. The bed was harder than we liked and the pillows normally thinner but clean and comfortable. The couch was large and comfortable but thin on cushion, kind of like the pillows. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. We had guests visit the room and we had plenty of room on the couch for 4 adults to sit. Room had small fridge, desk and small bar. TV had connections for your computer, HDMI, component and other cables. AC was very cold.
This hotel was WONDERFUL!!! The staff (especially the ladies at the front desk) were SOOOOO nice and helpful! The room was the perfect! The young lady who cleaned our room was nice and helpful as well! The staff gave us directions to local things in the area and it just made our 4 day stay even better! I am VERY particular about where I stay because of all the horror stories but this hotel was very clean, and comfortable. Although the ice machine was down on our floor the front desk was very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan on bringing my family back! (Stayed during Spring Break in April) The location was perfect as well. Close enough to everything we wanted to visit Mall of Georgia, Atlanta Zoo & Aquarium, and much more! No in city parking fees!!!!
This was the best hotel. The staff is amazing!!! After getting stuck in Atlanta because of a storm and flights being cancelled we showed up at 4 AM they gave us extra towels and blankets. In the morning Curt helped us book a Hyatt closer to the airport for the following night. The shuttle service was great and the gentleman driving was so kind.
Had a suite that allowed 6 people but was not given proper amount of towels pillow or blanket. Breakfast was okay nothing special limited choices. For some reason the door to bathroom hit the toliet every time. Overall was good though
Atlanta was my favorite spot to visit because my uncle live here When I coming to Atlanta that Hyatt place Duluth was my favorite spot to stay, all because the location was convenient for me to shopping, visit family member, hotel services are excellent, I will keep coming Atlanta for long long time, just love it !!!
Very nice room, with a fairly large tv. The stagf was nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best ones I've seen in a hotel. Only downside was a tiny bathroom.
Good breakfast, nice location, the rooms are big but they are arranged strangely. Very clean room. Overall great stay!!
