Great location. Building is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is professional and courteous. Outstanding place for a vacation.

The Emerald Isle condominium complex is really nice. We stayed on the 7th floor. Close walk to the beach. Parking was a little tight in parking garage for my full-size pickup truck but I parked across the street in their parking area there. Two regular size pools and a large hot tub.

We've been coming here for a fall get away since 2008. We've stayed in different condo's and each is unique. The grounds are beautiful and always well maintained. The people are great to work with. Would highly recommend this if you want a place close to shopping, food, and fun. And of course the beach is amazing!

Nice newer condo on the west end of panama city beach. All the units are privately owned and the one we were at was very well kept. Pool hot tub and weight room all on site close to pier park and all kinds of restaurants and fun.

Looking for an Investment Resort in PCB? Emerald Isle is one of the BEST Located at the West End of PCB, there is usually plenty of Parking. Owners who Purchase above the 17th Floor should also be given a Reserved Parking Space This is also one of the BEST Managed HOA's of the many in PCB Very well run and the Staff are Kind and usually very Helpful.
All Units have two large Bedrooms and the End Units are slightly Larger They are also known for their huge Curved Balconies A Gulf-Front Owner's Suite and Large Open Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms make this a good choice in any Unit Each are decorated to the Owner's taste, but most all are Updated and well equipped.
Emerald Isle is a Great Resort for your Vacation Stay and an even better location for your Gulf-Front Investment!response / report this review -

We are vacationing in a condo at Emerald Isle. The view is terrific, and the unit is beautiful. The beach access is convenient. The location is a bit west of everything we tend to go to, so it would have been slightly better for the location to be a little farther east, but then again it's a little quieter and more laid back here, too. We haven't tried the pool or hot tub but they look fine. We were a little surprised by the lack of dish soap and very little toilet paper in the unit, but that's easily remedied. The master bathroom light has a loose connection in the switch, and we had to call a couple times to finally get the Wi-Fi password, but overall this is a good vacation and a good place to stay. Recommended.

Very nice condo. Owner, Dan Schilling is great to work with. View is great from 805. Like the security at the facility. Used the beach service and only negative I have with them is you pay for a week but they do not reserve the seats you want unless you are friends with the owner apparently it's first come first served. Other than that great place.

Located in Panama City Beach on Back Beach Road, I was staying with some friends for spring break. We stayed in the 6th floor and has a wonderful view of the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. Definitely plan to go back next year

Nice newer complex on the west end of panama city beach. All units are privately owned and the unit we were at was kept up very nicely and very clean. In a quieter area of town and a little distance to the big restraints in the area but with it for the peace and relaxation. Nice pool and hit tub a little small but it is right on the beach.

the internet is extremely bad. you can barely watch a video on 144p on youtube without it freezing every 10 seconds. The beds are very firm, bathtubs are small and the showerheads are terrible for the price im paying per night, im not coming back here
