Quiet area but relaxing. Nice n clean condo. But for us not enough to do in the town. But we had fun just doing activities in the resort for our short stay. If we were staying for a few more days I'd want more to do in town.

It was a very wonderful get away. We very much enjoyed the pool. It was very warm. It felt like I was being given a hug. The beds were alright. Over all good place to get away.

I love it here! So peaceful, clean, a beautiful outdoor environment, well facilitated with household needs, and inspiring! It's my brothers Timeshare but periodically I do get to come here and enjoy! I just plain love everything about this resort!

Always a good time! Lots of things to do excellent amenities and facilities. Indoor Swimming pool is very large. Good food, game room, nice grounds..friendly staff. Great time!! 5 Stars!!

Nice clean. Staff is friendly. Water park is fun and if you go during the right season you will have plenty of family activities to do. This my second home. Love this place !!!

Nice family resort. Great Water park. Close to Chicago. Only complaint is the limited days of operation for the water park. We came specifically to take the kids there and it was only open one day.

Very large room, quiet, and well maintained. Large Jacuzzi in master bedroom. The hotel room appeared to have its own water heater though, so don't plan on filling it up all the way with hot water. Helpful maintenance crew, not so helpful front desk. Overall pleasent experience

We have stayed in several resorts so it's hard not to compare. Our unit has been updated so the beds were great and the carpet was nice (indoor/outdoor). The living room had a comfortable sofa and 1 chair.The kitchen was very small and lacked some items that we needed, i.e.a whisk, a blender or mixer, a garbage disposal. The staff was very friendly. We were put on the 3rd floor, but there are no elevators, so we asked to change apartments. They were very kind and gave us a two bedroom that was down one flight of stairs. The master bath had a large hot tub with a shower in it, which made it very slippery. There were no towel racks.

What's with all the good reviews? This place showed us a real nice condo when we were buying but when we come to the resort to use it we get an old, outdated and dirty room. It was the presidential suite so it was spacious but that's all the positive aspects of the place. The doors to the bathroom don't lock properly, there are squished bugs on the ceiling and live ones on the walls. The couches were old, worn and dirty. The outside is dirty, the stairs are unsafe and our outside deck needed a good power washing. We were not given what was promised. They say they are renovating but after a year of being a member I have never seen any updates. When I get a chance I will post pictures of many of the defects that exist here.

The rooms were lovely. The kitchen was very open and useful. We liked renting out games and movies, but there wasn't a huge selection of games. The mini golf was fun but wasn't fully functional. It was about 20 min away from most cities. There isn't a lot directly around the resort, but we would drive about and hour or so in any direction to find a bigger city with shopping. I'd recommend Napperville as there's lots of parks and shopping. There's also a water park right next to the resort but we never went there. The pool was nice, just very busy. Overall, this resort was very nice and I'd definitely recommend it.

Beautiful facility with rooms that appeared to have been renovated recently as everything appeared new. The only area I think they can improve on is by adding more tables and chairs at the pool. The day we were there the pool was busy (although not overly crowded) and finding a couple chairs was a challenge every time someone new showed up. They had plenty of empty spots for more outdoor furniture which makes it seem like they just didn't order enough.

We had a wonderful holiday at the resort. It was a relaxing atmosphere there was enough to do with swimming and games and family time with the kids. We didn't miss not being on our phones, there is little reception and basically no internet which was honestly awesome. Our suite was great and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff are really helpful and nice. If this resort was closer to home we would come often. I recommend this to any families or couples that are happy to leave the busy life behind for a few days.

We stayed in Building 8 in a 2 bed/2 bath room. The room appeared newly remodeled. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. We did not get cell service very well in our room, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us since we were on vacation and wanted to disconnect. The only other downfall (and minor at that) was that both of the dressers in our rooms were broken. The outdoor pool was fantastic, and a favorite of ours! We definitely would visit again if given the opportunity.
