Was not impressed with the service. We booked hotel via booking . Com and they (holyday inn) had difficulty in locating my booking, even though we paid full in advance and showed the receipt. The Room was odd styled, washbasin was out side the toilet. Earlier this month I stayed in holyday Inn express in Detroit that stay was a very enjoyable, I believe hotel was newly built.

If I have to stay in a hotel when I'm in the suburbs, this is my go to place. Staff always greet you & I have never had an issue with clean here. The Jacuzzi suites are hands down best price & excellent room. Finally, I don't want to knock you out of your seat's but to service here is a huge cherry on top.

We are at the restaurant. Our party of 12 called ahead, but when we got there they had no record of us. No problem, since the restaurant was not very busy. The food was good and the service was above average.

Rooms are normally quiet (concrete floor/ ceiling and walls) they have remodeled some rooms, hoping they update the rest. Service is great, food is okay. Friendly staff and recently painted building and continual updates. Large, ample parking lot. Check the event calendar because you do not want a room on the north side when their outbuilding/tent in rented out as it can be very noisy. I stay often for work and for a good reason because of the above mentioned.

Decent rooms. A little pricey. Friendly staff. The restaurant Alberto's is just okay. They do have a pool and hot tub though.

I visited for a wedding reception. The location was fairly easy to get to and they had ample parking. I stopped into the restaurant for a drink and the staff were friendly and quick at the bar. Afterwards I headed to the tent where the reception was held. It was a nice venue and nicely decorated. The food was really good and the bar was always tended. I didn't stay the evening, but my experience was overall good. Would recommend.

Had a conference there, was all day, it was very nice. Lunch was served the food was good. They made us feel very welcome and and very good service, not easy about 300 people.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I was there for a wedding and the housekeeping stole everything out my room and hid it in the laundry room as well as the employee break room the rest was never found. If this happens they will not give you the money for the stolen items and will tell you it's a state policy to only give you 250 dollars when in fact it could be 500 depending on the circumstances. Please people please do not leave any valuable things there and ask to see the closer for the theft policy before booking.. My heart is broken by this experience and unprofessionalism they have there..

We ate at the restaurant downstairs. The food was wonderful and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. The manager served us and he was very friendly and quick. It was roughly $25 a person so it wasn't terribly expensive.

Hotel staff was friendly, and rooms were clean and comfy. The hotel is undergoing some renovation construction that causes some noise. The staff is good about warning you about the noise ahead of time though.

I attended a buffet here which was outstanding. We booked last minute and didn't expect much but we were really surprised. The food was tasty and economical. The staff was very friendly and helped us find food that my brother, who has an allergy, could eat. We were the last guests so they allowed us to take some things home.
