Great hotel, great bar and restaurant. They had a band which was fun. Kind of stinks to walk through the entire bar or restaurant to get to the party room we were in, but not a huge deal.

It's newly renovated. The have a restaurant on location. They have a bar on location with a live band Tues through Sat. It has a dance floor that gets pretty full on weekends. They also have party rooms for rent. I've witness conventions, wedding receptions, graduation, ballroom events, and Birthday party's here. Good location it's right by freeway 10-15 mins from downtown Cleveland. And 20-30 mins from airport depending on traffic.

Our beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The Keurig coffee pot in the room only made 6oz. Servings so we frequented the coffee kiosk in the lobby. We had trouble getting the lock on our door to work but we're always able to get it. We were able to walk to a large variety of restaurants in the area, but the food in the hotel restaurant was also good. Homemade cakes and pies even!

The staff truly is determined to make your stay so incredible leaving you feel cherished! The shuttle bus service saved me money and the staff collectively were like minded in their way over satisfactory accommodations. Very friendly people and it was truly a pleasure to be here (1st time ever for a hotel). Very good food , pool and room.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the rooms, everything was just so. I was also surprised by the complimentary lounge area on my floor, with espresso drinks, teas, and cocoa - it really added a cozy touch! Lastly, the location is excellent, with a large variety of restaurants and the like within easy walking distance.

Was only there for an event so I really have no idea how good their room's or service is. I know they put the chairs so close together that you feel like you are right on top of the person next to you. Bathroom was clean and a decent size. Big parking lot and lots of good food choices in the area. Plenty of handicap parking with a drop off area at the main entrance.

Nice hotel overall. It is easily accessible to the interstate and a large number of dining options. Rooms were nice and modem overall, and the staff was friendly. The only sure spot was the bathroom which is starting to show its age.

This Holiday Inn has been at this location for decades. Needs some upgrades but nice place. I go there a lot for workshops. Always have lunch at Michael's-- nice and affordable. Parking ample. Many eateries around hotel. Gift shop very dated! Went to the Mother's Day dinner buffet this year-aweful! Won't do that again

I attended a dinner meeting at the Holiday Inn Indenpence and everything was wonderful. The tables were nicely set, the dinner buffet was constantly replenished. The coffee bar would good. I would have liked to see carafes of water on the table instead of waiting for staff to circulate, but that is the only thing I can think of that would have made a small difference.

We had Easter lunch there and it was very nice. The staff was friendly and for a buffet the food was pretty good. We hoped for some breakfast items (they had none) but they had a pretty varied selection.

Worst bed I have ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Hallways were dirty and not vacuumed well. Got charged a $9.50 bed fee too. Insult to injury I guess. That fee is mandated to help pay for the Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame & the Caviler's arena. Condom tired to the elevator hand rail also. Wasn't impressed. On the positive side, no signs of bed bugs.

We stopped by this weekend to try the buffet brunch. It was very good. There were plenty of options on the buffet, the staff was incredibly friendly and the chef was very skilled and made a great tasting omelette! Recommended for sure!

From the looks of the hotel , it is very nice until you get underneath the surface. We did not have a mini fridge, we could not watch the local Cavaliers on T.V . The towels at the pool was the size of hand towels. We could control the heat/ac . I had to unplug the ac unit in order to turn it off. Now , it was time for bed. The springs in this mattress really made me miss home. That's all I have to say about that experience. I pray someone from the Holiday Inn stuff or organization review our reviews.
