This wasn't the best hotel. When I arrived to check in there was a smell like standing water. The room wasn't cleaned up completely debris on the floor and my room had weird smell. Had to buy airfreshner. The bathroom floor had hair around the base boards and the tub has mold. Simply not the best and a step away from being the worst.

We had two rooms for a two-night stay. Other than the lobby, this is a tired La Quinta location. It seriously needs an update. For the most part the staff was wonderful, and it was clean for what it was. It does need new carpet throughout. The restaurant next door the Winking Lizard, was exceptional and I would encourage anyone to try it. I will choose one of the other three City locations rather than come back to this one.

This was a room booked by someone else in my company as this was a corporate trip. Our room was on the first floor near the lobby as it was a room that was listed ADA accessible. The room was clean and the front staff was nice, but the hotel was very loud in the morning. There was a dog barking in the hallway at one point and I thought someone was opening my door constantly as the walls were so thin the other doors opening sounded like ours. The Continental breakfast was okay. The only non-carb options were yogurt and fruit. Overall, it suited my need for a clean place to sleep, but it wasn't anything great.

You get what you pay for. The price was right. Staff was decent. Building was old. Rooms were large. Carpet in room has been changed. Carpet in hallways..gross. There is smoking allowedforgot how terrible that used to be. And they allow animals. None of that really bothered meexcept for the smoking part. More than a couple escorts working out of there, so I probably wouldn't bring the kids. But for a stop over was worth what I paid for it.

La Quinta at Cleveland Independence was pretty good for an overnight stay. Parking was ample and the room was pretty good, a small refrigerator was missing here compared to another La Quinta inn though. The smoking area is right next to the entrance which isn't good.

It was outstanding! Great room, comfortable bed! Good nights sleep. Quite location. Personable staff! Complimentary breakfast. No morning newspaper! But that's no deal breaker; my stay was great!

Guest service was very nice and friendly. We reserved a room and were given a smoking room even though we were told by the website that it was a non smoking room. We were there for a U2 concert and everything was sold out. They were very apologetic but there was nothing we could do. We thought maybe we would get a discount but didn't. Breakfast was small but free. The bed was comfortable. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 for cleanliness.

There was a street lamp outside our window that was always on, but the curtains did a pretty good job blocking it. The door did not block the light from the hall, so we shoved a towel in front of the door. The house keeping never came to our room while we were gone. However they did give us new towels when asked. The workers in the food court area were both helpful and unhelpful. When asking about ingredients in the bread products (I have an allergy) one staff said that they had no labels for the food. The next morning I asked a different staff about the labels, and she grabbed the box from the deep freezer and showed me the label in person. The printer would not print necessary papers for our trip. The first night there, a couple of women pounded on our door at 1:30 AM yelling at us to open up. They had the wrong room, but nearly gave me an anxiety attack.

My family loved it!! The king size bed was AMAZING!! if i could take the bed home with me i would. Rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. No complaints this way. Breakfast was good, and the fact that they allowed our family dog to stay made our trip 100 times better. The staff was helpfull, gave us directions to wally world. I deff recommend this place to anyone! Enjoy your stay here, we did♡

Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet! Friendly front desk team. Small but good breakfast (cereal, make your own waffles, breads/bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and juices/milk/coffee).

Great location right outside of downtown Cleveland. Rooms are clean. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. I've gotten a better shower from a squirt gun.
