I mixed up which Hampton I had made my reservation at when traveling to Cleveland and the Hampton here in independence took care of moving it to their location so that I didn't have to get back on the road again. Joe at the front desk was great!

My best friend came into town and chose this hotel. I spent time with her there and it was very nice. Clean and good sized rooms. They did say they had a crib / toddler bed which actually is a pack and play with a thin pad, no mattress or sheets.

Great customer service. I was stranded after a 3 day poweer outage and there were no rooms but Joe at the front desk was so nice and could see I was distressed. All the hotels were booked but he found me and my husband a room and was so helpful. Things worked out great because of Joe. He went the extra mile to help us. Good service is hard to find these days.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. It appeared to be in a safe area. Three was coffee available for us all day. There was a wine and appetizer gathering from 5 to 6 pm that had some nice hot appetizers. There was a nice breakfast in the morning that was included in the room cost. There were 3 adults and two teenagers in our room that slept up to six. The room had two televisions, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. We fit fine and the accommodations were comfortable. The water pressure was decent and I had plenty of hot water for the shower I took. There was a small fitness room with a treadmill, exercise bike, and eliptical trainer. I was able to get to Quicken Loans Arena within 15 minutes for a Cavaliers game. The hotel area seemed like a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants in the area.

This is a perfect example of the very best of hotels! Clean, quiet, with friendly, helpful staff & an excellent breakfast menu. They even have bagged breakfast to go for people who are in a hurry. They had wine & cheese with chicken cordon blue & asparagus in the lobby last night for guests to have an evening snack. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel and room are nice enough, staff (the one person working after the game) was great however why only one waffle maker? That backed up the breakfast line then when we were ready to sit down, there was no seating.

The stay was brief, but enjoyable. The food was good and the rooms were clean. I stayed only a night so i cannot provide feedback on the room service but I'm sure it's great also.

I got to the hotel just after 4:00pm and I was told your room is not ready, This I can understand. However, It took until 5:30 to get the room ready. The manager at the front desk was extremely rude, saying sorry sir we are short staffed. That is an internal problem and should not be voiced to the customer. If I had told her, I had surgery last week and needed to lay down (which is true) then I would expect and answer of not my problem. To top it off, I get my keys and head to my room at the far end of the top floor and both key do not work. I go back down to get the keys remade and the manager looks at me and says "checking out"? Wow, no I need keys that work. Horrible experience and will not stay at this location again.

Whenever we travel, Hampton Inn is our first choice for accommodations. And we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Cincinnati- Independence. The room was attractive. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices to suit everyone in our family's tastes. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if the pool was indoors rather than outdoors. And the outlets for charging electronics could have been better designed (sockets were too close together, so we could only use half of them). But other than those minor things, everything was top notch.

Location is easily accessible, and quiet. Rooms are spacious and have the traveling business person in mind with the setup. Breakfast is always excellent. Staff is friendly and professional.

This hotel has been recently renovated and is very nice. The suite I stayed in had a kitchen with microwave and small refrigerator and a separate sitting area with flat screen TV. The bedroom was very spacious and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and very clean. There is a small commissary on premise that you can charge items to your room i.e., beer, wine, chips, candy, ice cream, etc. Free breakfast 6am-10am. It was oustanding! I was very impressed with the superior quality of the hot food items, juices, breads and pastries. Free coffee and tea all day. Highly recommend this location.
