Went here for a Christmas party. Everything was beautifully arranged from the setup to the music. Gorgeous!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is delicious. Staff is very helpful and kind. Amy G. is the best! She was able to help me with a scheduling conflict quickly.

Good hotel. We got the Rockcino package and it was totally worth it to not have to drive ourselves to and from the casino. The discount on dinner was great and free play voucher. Also came with breakfast buffet which was good. I would recommend.

This hotel is our preferred stay in the Cleveland area. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pool is small but enjoyable. Fridge, microwave and keurig in every room. Breakfast at the hotel is good but pricey. There are less expensive options for food within walking distance. Note: advertised price for kid's breakfast is only with purchase of adult meal. This is not stated anywhere.

The Breakfast is among the best! Come one, come all for made-to-order eggs seeved with a smile, & some of the best brewed coffee you could immagine in a hotel setting. The rooms are somewhat typical; bed not quite as comfy as home, bathroom could use another garment hook or two But, it was refreshing to find a TV remote that has a sleep timer! There are plenty of outlets for chargers & C-pap. All-in-all, a pleasant stay.

Had a great stay for one night over the weekend. Service was excellent and the room was perfect. Everything was nice and clean in the room and lobby. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Amy at the front desk was very helpful. My travel was booked incorrectly and she took care of making sure I was able to get a room for the duration of my stay instead of the 1 day that was booked. Staff was friendly and room was clean. 2 Queens were a little tight in the room but functional if you need the extra bed.
