Very Enjoyable! The room was spacious, plenty of room for the 6 of us. Everyone loved the view from the top floor and being able to see people ride the elevator all the way to the lobby. Totally impressed by the FREE breakfast buffet!

We loved staying here for 3 nights. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us with our baggage. Everyone was very friendly and gave off a good vibe. Free breakfast in the morning. Very clean and the pool was a little above average. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very child friendly! Perfect for family get a ways! Buffet was delightful. If you plan on taking advantage of the free breakfast get there before 9 for the best experience after its rushed. Too many people and the floor is sticky by then. The bar had decent prices for the happy hour and the food was 👍! Pool tables in lobby was great. Rooms were clean and updated. You can fit 6 people easy in a double room. I didn't use room service. However I over heard people complaining about waiting 3hrs for extra blankets and pillows.

Updated decor. Room was clean. Bathroom had red smear stains on floor. Not sure if it was blood. Dead bugs in shower. Breakfast and dinner was great. Front staff attentive and helpful.

The hotel is close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The pool is nice but the hot tub is a little grungy and the jets didn't work. The workout room is adequate. The managers reception and breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

Typical Embassy Suites. Very clean. Professional, courteous staff. Rooms very nice. Huge TV in the small living Room! Very nice! Two hour managers reception nightly. Normal snacks but the drinks flow rather freely :) All in all an excellent place and I will return.

Good location. 15 min to downtown and the airport. Great service. Very reasonably priced bar and restaurant. They pillows left a bit to be desired. Overall, this hotel is showing its age in some respects, but it's still a nice clean facility.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

We just had our family reunion there this past weekend. The Embassy Suites are always nice places to stay. They feature elegant lobbies. We had our meet and greet night there on Friday and on Sunday evening we had a banquet. Both events were catered by the Embassy Suites and everything that they served was very good. They made our families stay there a great experience. would definitely use them again.

Came in to attend the Handmade Conference. Beautiful hotel, FOOD was excellent, my room is huge! Check in was very slow. I understand they were very busy with 2 large groups but I had to wait over 2 hours for my room. Ugh! I arrived at 2pm, check in was at 3pm and didn't get my key until 4:30pm.

I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The soap dish was visibly scummy on the bathroom counter, the bathroom floor had not been washed and we knew that because there was a red substance smeared across the tile. The complimentary breakfast was horrible! They did not refill the buffet promptly when items were empty. When we got in line we got the last 2 plates and there were no forks and not a staff member in sight! To top it off, every table was covered in dirty dishes. We had to clear away a half dozen plates to have a spot to sit. The black table cloth was stained and crusty. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again.

This is a beautiful hotel!! I stay at Hilton hotels all year round for work and this is hands down the nicest one yet!! Everything is super clean, the rooms are so big and furnished, and the layout is amazing. I'm gonna regret going back to regular Hilton's now, it's made me spoiled.
PS: Shout out to Valerie the coolest and nicest cleaning lady on the floor, and to the front desk staff who are very nice too.

Great place! We stay here for work all the time and it never disappoints. Recently remodeled as well. Restaurant/lounge is pricey, but pretty good actually. It is a bit noise here, as it has the largest conference rooms in the area, so there's always something going on here, but that hasn't bothered me much in the past.

This hotel is very nice. The parking lot is in much need of work toward the exit. My room is very nice and comfortable. I do have a few griefs with the room. First the water from the dinette faucet is yellow while the bathroom sink water is perfectly clear. The bathtub faucet continuasly drips making the tick tick sound. The air circulation in the room is low, the air conditioning is adequate but the bedroom does not have a vent, only the living room does. The faculty are very nice, and easy to work with. And the breakfast is also very nice.

The place is beautiful and the rooms are big. And free breakfast buffet I'm the morning is delicious especially if you love omelets. I only had a issue with the pool and hot tub area. It's small for the size of the hotel so it stays packed especially with kids and it doesn't get cleaned throughout the day so by the end of the day it's filthy.. looked like hot dog water from a downtown vendor cart.
