Staff is always friendly. Nice newly renovated lobby. Bar Louie connected restaurant great for all meals. In room fridge and microwave very useful.

Fantastic location near the highway, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were nice but not very clean. Cleaning staff could have detailed cleaned a bit more. No continental breakfast but they do offer breakfast in the bar/restaurant. Front desk staff was kind and friendly.

The venue was good for a seminar I attended. My only suggestion is to not close the women's (or men's) bathroom for cleaning for the 10 minutes before the event is supposed to start. Instead of going before the event, I had to leave during the presentation. Definitely was not impressed with that.

I've stayed here 6 times this year and highly recommend it. Great staff, comfy beds and several great restaurants within walking distance.

It was a nice hotel, above average for a holiday inn. The pool was tiny, and parking a little inconvenient. The pub on the first level was fantastic. The beds were comfy and the water was hot. It's stay again.

Just another travel hotel by Holiday inn bit old because of the city but it's the best you get near downtown Chicago. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. It's quite crowded with one section of society.

The customer service here is great from the front desk and continues throughout your stay. Excellent service, the general manager greets guest at the door. I've had such great experiences until I make it my place to stay every time I come to Illinois.

The front desk was being remodeled so it was a bit confusing to get there, no biggie. The hotel room was tidy and clean. We stayed one night and we enjoyed the experience. My son and I used the pool for a bit, which had a few hairs in it, but overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was included and it was really good, they had a nice selection of options, my son ate for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful, one of the front desk girls went far and beyond her duties to make sure our stay was pleasant. Also, even though rooms are non smoking, part of the hall smelled a bit like it, but our room did not.

Nice place, fair 3 star rating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Be careful though, housekeeping has sticky fingers! Had an item go missing during my stay and I never left the room with it.

This is a nice hotel and quite affordable. We only stayed one night, so I don't have a lot to base this review on, but I'd certainly stay here again. It is very conveniently located near some nice restaurants and stores, and not too far outside the city, so visits to the museums are fun.

Location was great--far enough from the city to be out of the congestion, but close enough to get places (including the airport), and had a ton of shops/restaurants around. Our room was on a corner and HUGE, except I wish it were better laid out so that the room was channeled into a big bathroom instead of a huge foyer (which was wasted). Breakfast wasn't included, but was a buffet that was decent. Dinner at Louie's Bar was great. Our beds were super soft and comfy, and I'd recommend it for the price. Staff was nice.

Pretty good hotel. Decent location, price is alright. Free parking, no free breakfast. Our room keys were deactivated after 1 day. One elevator smelled really bad. Parking is limited as we had to park near employee parking one day. Room was fine, comfy bed. Wifi was good enough.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. You dont get complimentary breakfast but they do have Bar Louie that is 10 bucks a person. Vent fan in room works very well to heat the room. Sink was cracked when we arrived and the faucet leaks water out the bottom. Shower pressure was good. Wish the bathroom had a little more space. First night put of six was overall pretty good. Parking lot was very full and had to park in the overflow lot at 9pm.
