The Hilton staff is phenomenal. Been using this venue for business events for years and they've always been super professional and taken great care of us. They've really updated the whole hotel. Definitely recommend this place.

If you are booking via Priceline express deal - do yourself a favor and pay $5 more per night to stay across the street at Sheraton
    - it is significantly nicer and the front desk is far more accommodating. I have stayed at both several times before, but this will be the last time I come to Hilton. There was a large party - and at 31 weeks pregnant the front desk thought a good idea to put us next to this group/party in a room with an adjoining door that was paper thin. I called down to complain about the noise and explain that I was very pregnant/needed sleep - and he said he would send a security guard up. Never called back to check if resolved (it wasn’t). In addition there is water/mold in the corner of the room. I will be writing a letter of complaint to corporate tomorrow.

We did not stay at the hotel as guests. My family went to Allgauers restaurant for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was delicious. The variety was great. There was something for everyone to enjoy, even my extremely picky 6 year old. The food was hot and everything was cooked perfectly and kept perfectly in the serving line. It was a bit pricey if you aren't having drinks and the kids rate was high at $22.50. my 6 year old ate a few pieces of bacon, 2 breakfast sausage links, a roll, some grapes and dessert. On the other hand my 11 year old eats like an adult so he got his money worth. Over all we would go again.

Location is very easy to distinguish from the road. Great place right off the highway. Carpets redone within the last year which brings a more modern look. Updated some chairs for our event for comfort and look. Service always on point when needed for chairs, tables, pads of paper, pens, water and mints! Would recommend for any event!

Hotel and restaurant were all the best with one exception; Saturday morning, my last morning there, I tried to call room service three times between 6:30 and 6:45 (room service is advertised as beginning at 6:00). Never got a reason why from the front desk. Therefore, four stars, not five.

The front desk, concierge, and event management staff have bent over backwards to make sure that everything is just right. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Great choice for any event!

We had a very nice stay. Room was well appointed. It was weird that there was no mini fridge in the room, but otherwise we had no complaints at all. Bar was nice and we were able to catch some of the Bears game there.

We just had a wonderful wedding reception in Hilton Lisle! Taylor has been very easy to work with and very helpful. Everything worked out perfectly during wedding night and all the guests were pleased by the food, service, and surroundings and everything else.

Highly recommend Hilton Lisle/Naperville for wedding reception.

We stayed for a personal stay Rooms were great, with towels that were folded into swans. Food was good from the bar, and the two little kids enjoyed the pool while gramma watched

Great relaxed atmosphere where the very helpful staff is available at all times. What's particularly nice is that it's got a very special separate lounge/bar section that's carpeted and works as so the guests and patrons of the hotel can have a relaxed space in which to socialize and congregate. In addition, it features Allgauer's, which is very nice upscale restaurant all within the confines of the hotel offering a very good selection of delicious meal options. In addition, there's also a variety of sizes of rooms for Meetings & Conferences along with get-togethers and catered events. The hotel itself features a variety of room styles and has a special floor that requires a passkey for access and privacy. I greatly enjoyed my stay here and also my visit with some colleagues when we were we recollecting over drinks

Nice bars, nice rooms. Utilized for guests of my wedding, and everything went great. Room was a bit dated, but everything else was great.

Bed was very comfortable, nice spacious showers. The bar was a little on the pricier side, and the internet was rough unless you used their rewards network one. Overall, there are similar hotels nearby that have a better value.
