Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. The food is delicious there. The room was cozy. Large king size bed. Had a great time.

Rooms are very small. No mini fridge. Shower head hit my belly button. Upon check-in, the computers were not working, then instead of a $30 credit hold, they put a $200 hold on my card, not to mention being billed for the visit. I will say the rooms are very clean if that helps. The balcony is tiny, standing room for 2 at best. If I hadn't drove 7 hours, I would have went elsewhere which I rarely say about most Hilton locations.

Staff were friendly enough.
We would have appreciated more availability with the shuttle service, as there are limited sidewalks and transportation options around.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very comfortable! The breakfast was also a good value.response / report this review -

This hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the breakfast at the Atrium was delicious! The only thing I wished was that there was a full service Starbucks inside. I really missed my morning drink.

Rooms are just OK. Bathrooms are cramped. Beds are comfortable. There is a bar with good food and a small convience store. They had breakfast in the morning but there was a convention being held and so many people there that they had a wait to get a table so I skipped that. There are other nicer Hilton hotels close by so I will continue to stay in one of those in future trips.

Attended a wedding here, the ballroom was great, with beautiful lighting. Bathrooms were huge and clean with great lighting as well. The only downside is that the parking lots have pretty bad lighting if any at all and are pretty creepy. Didn't feel safe in the really barely there dim lighting of the parking lot.

The staff is helpful and quick. Breakfast is quite good, especially the lox and the omelet bar. The rooms are small for two people with full sized luggage, but they are clean and comfortable. Great running trail nearby, plenty of food options not too far from the hotel, and the cookies are delicious.

Stayed in a king sized room. Room size was adequate. TV could have been bigger (32 inches). Cleaning crew is good. Bathroom is excellent. Shower has a circular curtain holder giving the illusion of a bigger tub. Breakfast has a solid selection as well. The hotel is in close proximity to shopping malls and areas to grab some food. The hotel is also about 30 minutes out from downtown Chicago. Would recommend.

The rooms are large, comfortable, bed was great. Lobby was clean with lots of comfortable seating. There should be a dress code enforced for the public areas such as the lobby, bar, eating areas. The last thing I want to see while sitting in lobby or restaurant is some wanna be thugs underwear because his pants are hung below his ass.

Clean and lots of nice amenities like a barber shop, shoe shine booth, and gift shop. The sports bar has a great atmosphere, good drinks & craft beers on tap, and the breakfast buffet ($) is well-done and they offer free Starbucks coffee.

Went for a work event. It was clean, neat, and had good natural light. The food was also good. The chairs are a little stiff and close together, but overall a positive experience.

My stay has been great! The people have been really nice and I like that there is complimentary parking. I wish the breakfast buffet was free but I was lucky that I received vouchers from my corporate discount. The gym was nice and the equipment was in good shape. The pool was a little small but was an indoor pool and you can see it from the gym if you brought kids. There is also a hot tub. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

I recently attended a conference at the Double Tree. This hotel is beautiful. The room we were in was immaculate and gorgeous. The seating was quite comfortable, which was great because we were there for about 7 hours. The hotel provided our group a box lunch, which consisted of a sandwich, chips, apple, and their famous cookies. Probably one of the better box lunches I've had to consume. The wait staff was friendly and quick to clean up. I would give them a 5 star rating if I could. All around great experience.

Everything was fantastic! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Amazing views. The bathrooms are very well kept. Very nice hallways. The pool is fun. The staff totally rocks so don't forget to say hi and compliment there hard work. Talk about good food!!! There's also a barbershop, bar, gift shop and free cookies!!!!
