Good hotel. If you like to swim laps, they have a 25 yd indoor pool, much bigger than most hotel pools.

Went for a banquet. Good food great service and serving staff. Spotless bathrooms. Front desk did not greet us upon arrival but we figured out where we needed to be quickly

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with croissants that melt in your mouth. Good variety of fresh fruits and they even had guava juice.

This used to be an Embassy Suites. It needs an update to furnishings and carpet and decor. Beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Staff was helpful. Ok for business travel, but I would want a nicer place for the family.

Super large rooms. Excellent food from hotel restaurant. Access to fitness center that has outstanding options. I stay everytime I'm in Lisle.

I'm a gold member of the Hilton Honors reward program. I was awakened this morning at 3:15am was asked to leave the hotel, due to spectulation from another guest. The just took their word and proceeded to ask me and my spouse to leave!Dejah at the front desk was excellent during the check-in process when I first arrived. However, I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Very comfortable and quiet. Morning breakfast variety was great. It was just a drive up the road a few miles to get to shops and things. 2 white guys was standing out front one late evening asking for a light and another was looking to score some marijuana! We checked out the very next afternoon.

We went in to meet with a banquet coordinator about using their banquet hall for a wedding reception. The banquet hall is across the street from the hotel, and in her e-mail we were told to meet her at the hotel, and we would shuttle over. When we arrived at the hotel, she was not there. She was at the banquet hall. Probably an honest mistake, but still annoying none the less. The coordinator was polite and answered all of our questions. The room looked like a cafeteria, and would take a lot of decorating to make it not look like that. But it does have a beautiful view. Overall, it was too pricey for our budget, but they were polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel, but a bit misleading. The gym and lap pool (there is another pool that's not a lap pool in the hotel) advertised is actually separate from the hotel. If planning on working out with anyone under 18, you'll have to go elsewhere as anyone under 18 is not allowed even with parental supervision. Other than that, great hotel! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service is also very fast and attentive. Overall, great hotel!

Nice place. Rooms are well done and clean. Sat at a table in the bar area for twenty minutes without anyone asking for an order of any kind. Eventually ordered something from a local restaurant for delivery to the room. Less than stellar. Tried to order a drink without success. Tried again later. Bartender had to go get a bottle of brandy. He came back and waited on someone else. Never got the drink. To be fair, the hostess offered to make it right but at that point I was not interested. Won't stay there again unless no options exist.

The room was huge and we'll kept. The fitness center was very nice. The included breakfast buffet had a large variety and was delicious. Our only complaint was that pop music was played in the atrium over speakers all night long despite there being no events or even people there.

The room is quite large with a seperate sitting area. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room which is convenient. The decor is a little dated but overall a good place to stay.

Wonderful hotel and super friendly staff. I have stayed here twice now and been very pleased both times. Large and well maintained rooms. Breakfast in the morning is nice. They could use a few more luggage carts.

Loved it went for a conference staff was nice and professional. Loved the lay out the rooms were great updated and comfortable. It's close to Walmart and other restaurants. Also has bar and room service. Added plus for me is that it was clean would book again.
