A/c didn't work, room service came when we had do not disturb sign up. Otherwise, good for price.

Super great for the price. The shower leaked but everything else was great.

My arrangements to stay with family didn't work out so I found a reasonable priced hotel and had money to spend on my visit. The room was clean and comfortable.

Never disappointed with any RedRoof price/quality result. Ant this time wasn't exception. Time wasting to find something better in my opinion. GOOGLE MAPS: RED ROOF and i have garantied level for that very affordable price.

Good price, clean rooms, location is good (just be careful to choose the way without tolls).

Yeah the place is gross little to no room service it seems. Dirty floors with hair and stains, dirty carpet, sheets full of stains and hairbecause for $50 per night you should pray that no one nasty slept on it before you..late stage greed and capitalism. See yelp for pics

Pleasant motel, but further cream the airport than I expected based on the site. Very good rates compared to nearby options.

Great place, rooms were very private and good for the price. Nice beds but they WILL NOT give extra pillows even if you are 8 months pregnant. We usually stay here when visiting family in the city, very budget happy.

Staff are friendly. The room is perfect for the price. Nice and clean. Only downside? The main office smells musty due to the AC. Room smells just fine though. The hotel is 25 min from nearest train route. 40 min train from there to the Chicago loop.

I would have given it more if my room didn't smell like stale cigarettes. The front desk was awesome.very friendly and polite. Would i go back? Yesbut I would definitely ask for another room.

Stayed here on multiple occasions. Rooms are very bare bones. No microwaves typically. Staff was very pleasant! My car got broken into one night and my portable DVD player and all of my center console change was stolen.

It was a nice room and the service was corteous and polite. The price was very economical and was able to get a room for smoking. Overall great experience at an affordable price.

So when I first went into the lobby of the place it didn't look like a bad place and the customer service was awesome, but that was the only thing nice about the place. When I first got into my room it immediately smelled like cigarette smoke and I chose a non smoking room. Also the heater did not work at all which is a big problem considering it's winter, but thing that really made me mad was that I didn't feel safe I went to get something out of my car at 11:00 at night and I had people watching me and I smelt someone smoking something that definitely isn't legal in this state. The next time I go to the city I will spend the extra money to at least get a decent hotel.

It's very close to the airport by car. You don't hear the airplanes from the hotel, but the radiators click pretty loudly in the winter, do be prepared if you aren't used to sleeping with noises. The walls are thick enough that we didn't hear any other guests except for our upstairs boot stompers. The pillows are rather hard, so maybe bring your own, but we didn't actually ask if they had another, less-dense pillow. All in all a great value and a restful night!
