I travel for my job and since I've found the Singer Island Hilton I won't stay anywhere else. Natalia and Helen are wonderful at the front desk and are always ready to help. Randy is a blast at the bar as well as Joe the Lawyer. The cleaning staff is prompt and thorough. It is family friendly. The views and beach access are fantastic.
I left an item or two behind on my travels and they were promptly sent back to me.
The one negative I have is the room service food quality isn't as great as ordering from the restaurant but it's more fun to go down there anyway.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are clean, yet outdated . The services are great and the location of the hotel next to the beach is awesome . The beach is only steps away from the hotel. We didn't spend a lot of time at the pool, it's really small but nicely maintained . There's a beach bar next to the pool , nice and the bartenders are awesome. The fitness room is nice with all the essentials . Most views are only partial to the ocean , and you want to be on the eastside for a better view. There's construction during the week, which can't be avoided but you can ask to be moved or not placed next to that building. I found staff to be very accommodating. Overall , we had a nice weekend getaway , the hotel is the smallest building on the strip , which allows for fewer people and makes it more intimate. Also , we opted to rent a car and eat off-site most nights . The $12 parking fee is reasonable, and there are so many great restaurants and shopping options just a few miles away . I'd recommend for a low key getaway with your significant other or kids .

This hotel is eh. Good/bad. The rooms are very outdated— tub shower is gross. Nice little balcony to stand. Right on the beach the pool/hot tub is very nice. However, we had a two queen bedroom and wanted a cot but they wouldn’t allow us to because of a ‘fire hazard’. So one of us slept on the floor. They came around and gave us an air mattress the next night. Wouldn’t stay here againwe are going to stay at the Marriott right next door.

For the price of the room I was not impressed. Both the sink and tub stoppers kept getting stuck down and when the tub filled while running the shower the water was GREEN!!!!! I tried calling guest services and the phone just rang for two minutes before I just hung up and went all the way down to the lobby! The only great thing about this resort are the hospitality staff (not front desk staff). Barbie at the pool was absolutely amazing and the gentlemen getting beach chairs for everyone were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome!! Overall it’s ok as far as the rooms go but I certainly was not impressed considering this is a Hilton and a resort :-(

This hotel has courteous, friendly staff. The beds are amazing! You will sleep well and the mobile check in and digital key is nice. Other parts of the hotel are a bit dated.

My concern was around the other guests. Some families and many loud people. Several guests walking around barefoot. They walk from the pool and beach through the dining area to get back to the elevators and it seemed unsanitary.

The beachfront is beautiful, pool is quite clean, and it has good (walking) access to beach shops and bars. 3rd party equipment rentals are directly on the beach behind the hotel. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive and pricier but only average.

Great location, steps away from the beach, eateries and shops. Satisfied with the room, it was clean and had a great view (room 420). The beds we're amazing, as we're the pillows. The bathroom was a little small but not a big deal. I liked Peter Thomas Roth toiletries. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and on site restaurants are good. Would definitely return. The beach is clean, clear, warm waters. The chair and umbrella attendants are attentive, we received two chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Since the first moment Nicole on the front desk made us feel specials. Bed room was so comfy! And the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is small but really cozy. We really loved it.

My husband and I had a great time. The staff was helpful and took the time to ensure we were aware of all the benefits our visit included. Would definitely recommend for a parents night out or weekend escape.

Right on the beach what could be bad about that. It is a older building but feels updated inside. Room was clean and fresh with nice furniture. Food at the outdoor bar was great too!

This hotel was a serious let down. I took pictures of the MANY issues and I'm disgusted by all of them. I stepped on a rusty staple, where they had stapled the curtains where they were falling apart. The shower was gross! Literally their was black mold and mildew growing on the calk underneath the shower handle. The housekeeping is s total joke. Your better off cleaning the room yourself. With the cost being what it is, I was very disappointed. The front desk, and the bartenders at the tiki bar were fantastic.

Our family of 4 had an oceanfront room. The view was amazing. All of the staff were very helpful. Any time that we called down with any requests or questions, the staff was very polite and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic and the staff there were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
