Pros: Hotel not too far from airport. No more than 20 min away. Beautiful decor in lobby. Friendly staff. Hotel can drop you off at the mall of you ask the front desk.

    Cons: A little pricey.

Would You Go Again: If I had to? Great, no problem. If I had a choice? Probably.

For the holiday season, Doubletree has a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lobby. The digital check in went seamlessly. The staff were friendly and professional. We got their complimentary cookies and bottled water which was a welcoming touch. They also had self serve lemon/ lime water in the lobby. The hotel is under renovation so be mindful of that before booking. We picked our room on the 6th floor but regretted it because construction resumed ptomptly at 8:30 am. The room was clean and the room had the typical amenities (microwave, blow dryer, ironing board etc.). The balcony made my stay, it was nice to have dinner on the balcony while enjoying the lovely weather.

I just recently had a stay at this Double Tree in PGA and everything was going great until I was charged twice for one stay. I was like ok cool I can just call and let them know, which is what I did and they said that all I had to do was call my bank to cancel the transaction. But the thing was I was charged twice for 2 separate transactions that wasn't even the bill for my 1 Night there. I called my bank and let them know, they fixed one of the transaction bills to the correct amount and the other transaction would be cancelled and the money returned to my account, well low and behold one traction was billed to the correct amount but the other one is a whole new transaction and was not credited to my account. This is really annoying because when I first arrived to double tree they couldn't even find the hotel room that I had already booked a month in advance. Then when they were able to find it. I brought my items into the room, I left to go see a movie and get some food and when I went back to the hotel room none of the key cards were working, went back down stairs to guest services and notified the ladies at the front desk. She couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, had to get the lady who originally booked me in and she said that there was a glitch in the system and charged me again. Before leaving I asked her would I be charged twice and she told me no. I just can't deal with this annoying situation. Because now I'm going to have to call my bank and cancel this new transaction again.

I'm actually a little disappointed with this property. The lobby and common rooms are all well done and in great condition - perhaps newly-renovated. The guest rooms, or at least the one I had, was oddly dingy. Don't get me wrong, the furniture was all in good condition and appeared newish. The bathroom looked like a recent renovation. But the carpet was justkind of not great. It's a solid hotel, but I'm pretty sure I'd look for another Hilton property before I stayed here again.

Enjoyed visiting this hotel. It was VERY beautiful! The scenery was great. The shopping and restaurants in the area were the pick of the litter. Great spot!

Despicable hotel and here's why. Category 5 hurricane about to hit me. Called to get hotel room reservation to be safe . They told me they had a room available ,but when I mentioned my beagle was coming with me they suddenly said they just sold out. This was in Palm
Beach Gardens. Shame on them to turn someone away in such an emergency. I had no where else to go. Will never forget this nasty heartless hotel. They could have made an exception for my dog under such dire circumstances.

Nice hotel for a business trip. Rooms are a bit outdated but still comfortable. The pool area looks pretty but is on the small side. Nice little bar area, but it closes too early.

Been here a few times for meetings. Everything is normally good, but the food was not up to par today. It seems the dining room does better with larger buffet meals instead of their small group menu.

On a sunny day, the pool area here is gorgeous, complete with hot tub and jungle-plant accoutrements. The rooms had a small unit for the a/c. I'm unsure if could handle the hot Florida summer. The rooms have a patio to sit out on and pleasantly comfortable beds. Refrigerator in the room and a public microwave in the Starbucks downstairs. Be warned, the restaurant is a bit pricey, but there is a grocery store across the street.
