Gorgeous resort, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds. $30/parking fee is pretty steep, but otherwise everything was lovely. My second floor standard room (2027) had a small balcony that overlooked the parking lot with gorgeous Banyan trees in the foreground. Starbucks coffee was provided in the room. And the property has great dining and bar options.
PGA National is in a great location in Palm Beach Gardens. A very nice golf community, with many restaurants and a spa with salt water poola, massages and steam and sauna. The dinner at Ironwood Steakhouse was very nice and great for family, as it is not so noisy and easy to have conversation. You can stay at the spa and there are 20 tennis courts. I personally have painted numerous murals in homes here, and the homes are very nice and many different models. I am a Realtor as well, and have shown and sold there as well.
Very beautiful resort and spa with wonderful views. Be careful not to stray too far as you go on a trek around the golf course. Rooms are very nice and the overall atmosphere is quiet. I'm sure there are activities occur on different occasions as they have a deck for that and a bar by the pool. Wish my stay was longer
My best friend recently had a wedding here and I wish i would have chosen a different hotel to stay at. For the price you are paying per night, you should at least get a comfortable bed with no noise and a bar that stays open past midnight. The bed was sinking in the middle and it sounded like the ac unit in our room was about to explode it was so loud. On Saturday night after the wedding we wanted to move the party back to the hotel bar. We checked your website and it said the bar was open until 2AM, we also called the front desk to double check and the lady told us 2AM so we all headed that way. When we got to the bar around 12:30AM the bartender old us they were closed and cussed at us, because we were obviously frustrated that the front desk told us 2AM and that's also what it says on your website so everyone was trying to order drinks. When we went back to our room, we called the front desk again and she said they stay open as long as people are still there. However, when we got there at 1230AM, there was A TON of people there and the bartenders were closing for the night and refusing to serve anybody, even though on your website it says 2AM. I honestly don't understand why they wouldn't have wanted to stay and work because they cold have made a TON of money, there were multiple wedding parties there.
Absolutely lovely in every since aspect. I am a tough person with high expectations and this Resort has always excelled in areas where I felt most resorts fall short. Definitely the best in terms of customer service and cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here!
Good experience at the PGA National Resort and Spa. Rooms are spacious, updated and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the grounds are well-kept. Service was good, not excellent.
This place is way over priced and they go through great effort to make sure you don't know exactly how much you're paying until it's too late. $21 just for the breakfast buffet for one person is ridiculous. The fees at this resort are crazy.
Came to PAY National for a girls weekend. Used the Spa all day as I booked a massage. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Spa facilities were great. Spa pools were warm and inviting. Massage area was clean and professional. Lockers and shower were available. Stayed overnight, room was large and very clean. All the staff were very helpful.
This is an awesome place to stay. The rooms are lovely, the bed is super comfortable, it's quite large, and it has an upscale bathroom although it's a tub / shower combo, rather than a walk-in shower. The grounds are lovely, even if you don't golf, and the pool is gorgeous. Everything about this place is upscale but in a tastefully elegant way.
Great location. Simple room but the bed is amazingly comfortable. Good quality free wifi (~10 Mbps down). A little disappointed in the thin walls (I can hear the clock alarm going off in the next room). Grounds are very nice and the hotel/resort is very well kept.
PGA National Resort & Spa was an amazing experience. From the inside of my room, I could see a pool in the distance. The lobby was very lively and had a party whenever we went there. The services were great in the hotel. The staff worked very hard to keep everything enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience.
I was invited to enjoy a Swedish massage by a dear friend who lives in PGA. The whole entire experience was so relaxing that I'm going to book a spa day for my birthday! I highly recommend Ricardo for a massage. Afterwards we had lunch by the mineral pools. I don't know what's in the pool water, but I'm more relaxed & refreshed than I've been in a long time. The only drawback was they were short-handed on wait staff otherwise it was perfect.
The service at this facility is top notch. I had the same gal, Angel, every morning and never had to ask for anything. She can read you and know what you need. All the servers at this resort are very professional, and friendly.
Pool area, rooms, ball rooms and outdoor area area are impeccable. They keep this resort in pristine shape.
This was the perfect place to go for a recent friends day at the spa. The pools were fabulous as was the spa services. I got a massage but another friend got a facial and raved about her service too. Definitely plan time beyond your service to enjoy the pools and sauna.
