Wait staff was the most deplorable I have ever encountered. Even though the service was horrible I still tipped 15% and the waiter (Mr. Blas) had the audacity to say that’s it that’s all I get.. the next day we encountered him again when he said we couldn’t sit on a couch in the bar area unless we purchased something. The breakfast and lunch staff where just as bad. No matter what you asked for they pretended either not to speak English or where so put out that you where bothering them. Although the hotel was nice and clean and front desk personnel were sociable and helpful the bar staff make this a Hotel I could never stay at again. Unless u want to be treated horrible by those you are paying to serve you I would stay away.

So far and honestly, the besst Hilton hotel in the portfolio. Super dog friendly. Convenient location for walking. Great staff, great food and great, great, great. I will come back! Thank you for an amazing experience for me and my dog. Felt like being at home!

What a great and kinda unique hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is massive. Perfect location for wandering around historic areas of Santa Fe, just walk out the entrance.

Great location, well furnished room. Not a bad place to stay. Honestly though, for the extra money you pay you don't really get much more except for being in downtown Santa Fe. These days a hotel room is pretty much a hotel room. I also find it interesting that the more you pay for a room the less amenities that they give you. For example no free WiFi and they don't have any sort of complimentary continental breakfast. Not that any hotel free breakfast is good. I will say that their restaurant is decent and their little bar is pretty nice as well. I guess I'd stay here again but overall it's not outstanding.

Very disappointing! We stayed here two nights on a recent ski trip. The room was supposed to have been taken care of by my aunt, by using Hilton Points, but our credit card ended up being charged $398 for the two night stay.
Called the front desk and they tell me I have to talk to accounting. Accounting is out of the office for holiday, left message.
Rude Ass accounting person finally returns my message 3 days later and tells me the room was not set up correctly to use points, and there's nothing that can be done.
The room was small, stuffy and the beds that were supposed to be queens, barely qualify for full size. Service in the bar was bizarre.
Had I known that I was going to end up spending $200/night on a hotel room in Santa Fe, I would have definitely found something better.response / report this review -

It was OK. Honestly I expect a level of service from a Hilton. Room was nice. But at check in, the desk clerk was distracted by several things. Couldn't just check us in. Ladder and hoses in the pool area. The bartender didn't know how to make a Mai Tai. She did claim to know how to make Mohito. She was wrong. Not bad, just unimpressed. All little things, but it's the little things that make a stay.

The front desk and concierge were so friendly and wonderful. The southwest design of the lobby and rooms is beautiful. Favorite Hilton we have ever stayed at! Would highly recommend!!

The room was beautiful. I've always had a thing for hotel bathrooms and The one at The Hilton Santa Fe Historic plaza didn't disappoint. The shower was large enough for two and the towels and bath robes were fluffy and soft. The pool and spa area was gorgeous with a huge brick fireplace and romantic seating area. The service was very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the plaza and popular restaurants.

Great, historic hotel close to the plaza. Part of the hotel is 400 years old. Awesome courtyard with large gas fireplace, pool and spa. Secure parking, although it's $19 per night. Breakfast is not included.

We are in this historic and cool place in the summer (7000+ fasl) and the windows in the room don't open? It's a big upscale hotel and they do allow pets, and I guess they allow kids as well (did not see any)? It's 3 large floors and ice is only available in one location, so plan ahead for cocktail hour and be sure to call ahead for the staff to bring you a bag.

We had lunch and drinks on the 5th floor open balcony at LA Fonda. The view is beautiful and such a nice breeze came onto the balcony. Our food was excellent! I had the chicken salad with Boston Bibb lettuce and loved it! The wait staff members were attentive and friendly; did a great job. We totally enjoyed our dining and lounging experience at La Fonda's Balcony!

Honestly the pool and the kind hard working maintenance man made me appreciate this hotel. The location is perfect. Everything I wished to visit is within walking distance.

My only gripe was that I was given a PURE room which includes a hypoallergenic air purifier. It was nice at first but then when I turned it off, my allergies ran wild. I would figure that it would still be habitable without the purifier on. At any rate, location is close to the plaza which is nice. Service is good. Rooms aesthetically are very nice. You need to pay for breakfast and coffee (other than the one in your room).

For my birthday I stayed at this hotel while we spent the weekend sight seeing (meow wolf aw ye) and it was SUPER nice, very homey, and comforting. It was cute, everyone was super friendly, and I loved the fireplace in the lobby and the kitchen was really nice! I had such a great time at the hotel, would definitely recommend to everyone 10/10
