Cheap and best, rooms were so clean and well maintained. Fast service fast check in and fast and easy check out. Swimming pool and hot tub was one of the best attraction, they do have waterpark but our stay was short we didn't tried but I am sure next time we will try that. Comparing to what I paid hotel is extreme better than my payment.

Will never stay here again it was a waste of money, water park was finish. Queen beds where offered but full beds where what was in the room. No free breakfast offered for what you pay for the outdated rooms. Plugs did not work in the rooms walls are paper thin. Never again.

Looks to be flagged as Wyndham now, they have updated the rooms and public areas. Breakfast was decent, but standard fare. Small coffee shop for quick fancy coffee fix.

Customer service is very good, all the staffs are very professional and nice. It is very clean hotel. They just need to improve their carpet, bathroom and their breakfast buffet, no much of food variety. But it is a lovely place that I will recommend.Had a great stay here.

I only visited the bar. But I had a great experience. The bartender was attentive, courteous, and very engaging. I had a great time. The crowd was low but I had fun. And most of all I felt safe.

Very dingy and outdated facility. The front desk, bar, and breakfast nook have been updated and look amazing. However, the rooms are smelly with worn out couches and carpet that leaves your feet brown after a few minutes. The AC units are loud and must run 24/7 during hot days to keep it cool enough to be comfy. The exterior door nearest our room didn't fully close so anyone could enter the building although I did see some security. We found 3 roaches in our room! Really unacceptable! My son and I unknowingly got stuck inside the pool area. One of the housekeepers came to check on the towels and jumped the fence to let us out. Avoid this place!!!

Off on the wrong foot from the get go. They offer a room and park pass package. The guy on the phone told me it was a two day pass. Friday and Saturday. At the front desk, they told me that Saturday was limited to the morning only. Since I had other plans for Saturday morning, I told them that waste and I was told that Saturday was good all day. "Nothing we can do they said". After 10 minutes of a nice game of back and forth, the manager offered to sell me 80 dollars worth of additional water park passes and discount my room 50 bucks. What a rip off. Should have stayed somewhere else.

Excellent suite room -King with Jacuzzi - clean, bed so comfortable, pillows kinda suck, fantastic Jacuzzi, spacious shower, microwave and fridge in room.
Water park honestly not quite worth the money for adults, but there were tons of kids having an amazing time.
Restaurant was good early when no one was there (special Mac n Cheese ham and cheese green chilies sandwich was amaaaaaaaazing), but we went back later and it was a horrible experience (food cold, long waits for even a glass of water, overpriced for what we got, soggy fries, old chicken wings, not even a pen to sign the receipt with).
The Aqua Massage beds were heaven! You get ten free minutes by voucher upon checking in.

The hotel was clean and friendly. We loved the water park it was so neat and a nice little get away right in Our home town. We enjoyed the bar, wish it had a blender but still it was good food and friendly service all around.

They were really great I booked online and they had no problem locating my reservation. I called ahead to make sure they had a 24 hour desk. ( I didn't realize how big of a hotel they were.) They were very polite. I dealt with a Jason most of the time I kept bugging him for a lot of little things like I needed a spoon, where the pool was, and about breakfast. The next morning I asked about check out and was told 11 and I mentioned that I thought I saw 12 somewhere and the lady at the front offered to put in a late check out for me. The breakfast cafe server was super nice. The room was clean. The only things I didn't like about hotel cascada was that our room had a secondary sliding glass door to the hallway. And the outlet and plug for the air conditioner was sticking out.

Update: they have new hydro massage beds. We they give you complementary 10 minutes. However they no longer offer the complementary breakfast.

This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a hotel. I had a birthday party (10 Kids) & 2 hotel rooms reserved in advance. The night before the birthday party they called to tell me that the water park and pool is closed due to technical difficulties! Get it together! They offered me a discounted rate but what am I gonna do with 10 kids at a hotel with no amenities? Not to mention my customer service was awful from the beginning. I called twice to reserve a room and both times they said they would give me a call back and never did. I would have given up there but my daughter really wanted to do her party at the water park, due to the fact that is no where else in Albuquerque to do anything. I will never do business with hotel cascade EVER. I know a lot of people and will strongly encourage anyone and everyone to not do business with them. I will spread the word on have awful of an experience this was. Not to mention My daughter is crushed.

Great hotel for the family. Exceeded my expectations. They accommodated every request, even a last minute ride down the big water slide for my son who finally got up the courage to ride. The friendliest and most courteous staff. They even gave us the discounted rates to cover for their cancelations without asking. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Definitely coming back here soon.
