Very rude Native American lady in the front desk. I smiled and just told her nobody owes u or ur people anything. this seemed like a nice hotel, but these fat self entitled natives have to ruin in. Luckily I went to the Marriott where the nice white front desk lady helped me out. Much better stay there.

Older hotel that's been renovated. Eclectic with a southwest vib. Not your usual cookie cutter hotel.

Update: Stayed a second time since I was so happy with my first stay but sad to say they put me in the exact same room as before and the beds are now aweful! It was like sleeping in a bowl since the middle part of the bed has sunken drastically. I'm going to give it another shot and stay again but will make a point to ask for a room with new beds.

The hotel itself was fairly average. Slightly dat3d rooms that could have used upgrading. Th here were 2 reasons that I gave them a 5 star and will stay there when I pass through from now on. First, they sent me a text before I got there to see if there was anything I needed. I was bringing dogs with my, and I saw online that they had a special pet package. I asked if I could be I upgraded to that package and they had everything taken care of for me over text before I got to my room. The second great thing was their pet policy. I had 2 dogs over 50 pounds, and they had no issues with it. It was an additional 25 dollars per dog, but every other place I called was 50 to 100 dollars extra. And had a combined weight limit of 75 pounds. I was very happy to be able go find this place. The staff were also very nice.

Looks nice amazing soaps and lotions disappointed no continental breakfast no room service the filter on the ac/heater unit filter must have been pretty dirty hardly could sleep and broke out in hives when it was on . I am only allergic to cats and I have two and hardly ever get that bad. covers were not changed the 5 days I was there. Nice staff though

Beautiful room. Great people at front desk. Plenty of parking.
Minor complaint, could have better, (brighter), light in room or over bed. Will stay again next time in ABQ.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nativo. It is a very unique hotel (in decoration, feel, etc.). Would definitely recommend over a cookie-cutter chain. While pricey, we stayed there during the International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. It was very convenient to the shuttle, as well as the rest of Albuquerque.

Booked online smoothly, but was given a room under construction. Was upgraded to an artist room, which had a faulty ac unit which needed constant resetting (cold air would shut off every 40 minutes, had to get up and turn the unit from cold, to fan, then back to cold). This constant resetting went on through the night as the increase in temp would wake me from my sleep. The lady at the front was helpful and the location on San Mateo is ideal Unfortunately my last stay here was not.

Clean rooms. Cool native theme. Free WiFi. Good service. Decent view. Close to 24 hour Mexican fast food. Very comfortable and spacious bed.

Could use some better located electricity outlets and a switch that controls the lights from the entrance.

Great staff - Dominique on reception is so so helpful, makes a huge difference as we have a child with complex needs. I love the Native American design, very fitting for the area. Comfortable beds with crisp, clean sheets. The restaurant and bar are also good with a great bartender, good food too. Great in & out pool too. Recommended

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room including a KING size bed and nice dining and bar area. Bath could use a little help but had really good water preasure. Floor of the bathroom had extremely slick tile that was probably meant for walls and we had to be very careful not to slip.

It has an indoor-outdoor pool and a tiny work-out area. The hot tub was clean and hot but the air valves shot up 8 inches above the water like geysers.

Overall, a nice place, especially the king size bed.

Convenient, mostly quiet, a bit small. The AC unit by the window wouldn't turn off, so I had to unplug it. Nice quality lavender toiletries. Would overall recommend.

Interesting place, love the art and the staff is friendly. I wish more places would shoot the text method of communication with guests. It's handy and rapid. I stay there often as my office is right down the road.

Great place. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Room was CLEAN, could have been bigger but I'll take a small clean room over a big neglected room any day. Price was fair. Breakfast was not included. To have a refrigerator in your room it's an additional $15 (I believe that's per stay not night). The architecture and had painted walls are awesome!! We will return
