Booked a room here over a month in advance. They made us change rooms so they could put up a very tacky looking "JOY" using room lights on the front of the building. They were quite rude about this too. We ended up switching back to a king size bed room on the second day and it basically sounds like a jackhammer is going off in the heater every 30 min!
Beds are comfy and clean though.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can get one at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

not bad at all, the front desk is a mixed bag but it trends towards good service and a pleasant check in experience overall. the rooms are clean, housekeeping is a little slow depending on season or if they are fully booked. Guests oftentimes disregard warnings on the 5 people capacity on the 3 elevators they have which is extremely annoying they have signs all around the elevators along "please only 5 people at a time". which leads to an elevator breaking everytime I visit

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with the amenities you could want. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff at this Hilton know how to do hospitality. After a long day of meetings I came to not only a clean room--which is the staffs job--but they did the little things that make you feel special. They wrapped all my charger cables so they looked organized, they made an elephant out of towels, they fluffed the tissue box, and they picked up my nasty sneakers a socks to make them look better. The front staff are friendly and responsive. The room service is the quickest I have seen in a Hilton and while they have two large events going on. Gym is also pretty good too.

Stayed overnight with my cousin. We checked in late but the customer service was still great at 1am. Room was clean and bed was comfy with great view of the valley. Fitness center was adequate with elliptical, treadmill, bike, and weight bench. Hotel location is perfect. Only issue would be that guests have to pay for overnight parking, but extra credit bc they waived it for me. Would stay again, and would recommend to others.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Service at the in-hotel restaurant was very slow, but there seemed to be an event going on at the hotel that may have kept the staff busy. Ultimately we had to leave the restaurant before our food arrived, (we were on our way to a wedding) but the front desk sorted it out. Were unable to get a room at the front desk, but by using our phones we were able to get a room without needing to talk to anyone via the hotel's website. Conveniently located.

The place was spectacular! Beautiful lobby and staff was very helpful upon arrival. I was trying to find where I was going as I came through the doors and it was easy to find the touch screen map the pace for directions. Even before I was able to use. It there was already someone there to greet and assist me.

I came here for a job fair so my review is limited to what I saw of the hotel. Very nice looking interior in the entry and the ballrooms were pleasant. The parking fee of $5/hour up to $25/day seemed like a lot to me. It seemed like a nice hotel and I would consider staying here for the right price.

Wow I can say my visit to this hotel was a completely relaxation.
Very friendly welcome ..
front desk clerk very pleasant and efficient.
Very clean and nice atmosphere.
I can wait to plan my next visit in the near future.

My stay at the Hilton was pretty average and just as I expected. The location was great, just off of the freeway and a few minutes drive to downtown, which allowed for easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms were clean with modern, updated decor, although the linens left much to be desired. The pillows were standard and stiff and the "comforter" (definitely not down or down alternative) was just a blanket made of a weird, stiff foam-like material sandwiched between two flat sheets. The service was excellent, the staff was prompt, courteous, and attentive. Overall all a good, but not overwhelmingly great stay.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Valet wasn't there on check in, but the staff at front desk took care of it. Executive lounge wasn't well stocked at night, but it was at breakfast of course. Breakfast was good, food was hot. Was a good stay overall.

The staff at the Hilton Mission Valley are amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Everything I needed from them - even a pair of scissors to open a souvenir box - was provided faster than expected. The hotel itself is nice of course. Comfortable and reasonably priced. The parking is expensive but that's how it is on hotel circle. Ultimately though it's just a nice hotel, and the staff are what made it into a memory.

The Hilton San Diego Mission Valley is a very nice hotel. It is recently updated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is close to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that it is really close to the interstate and there is some road noise that can be heard on the highway side rooms. It isn't so bad that it interrupts my sleep but it is constant. I've stayed at many hotels in this area and this is the best.

Went to assist my cousin for her wedding. The ac unit wasn't working in the room and when we requested something that wasn't in the room that we needed we had to call 3 times to get it. The customer service wasn't up to par. It's a nice hotel but these improvements would have made it nicer.

Stayed here because we attended the Holiday Bowl football game. I was very impressed with the hotel. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable. The spa was perfect and they supply towels for you after you are done. I would recommend you ask for a room on the second floor as that is where the spa area is.
