I've been here multiple times working the Chargers Blood Drive and Padres Blood Drive. They are always 150% dedicated to not only their patrons having a good quality time, but their vendors/exhibitionists as well. They're dedicated to providing the best service to workers AND customers. I love coming there to work. I'm glad I still get to have events there since the Chargers exit incident. They're the best by far for hosting events. Their conference Hall's and rooms are 10/10. Please if you can, hit an event there. You'll leave happy and full of education relevant to daily life

We checked in early without any difficulty at all. We had a double queen sized bed room although we didn't need the second bed. The bed and linens we're clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great. The facility is a resort so there are meal options available. The cafe was better than the separate meals at the convention center. More reasonably priced and better selection. Pool, spa, fitness center

Great room and feels like you are in a resort with really nice landscaping. There is nothing to eat or to buy snacks at later into the evening. You have to go to the mall or a gas station so brings snacks for the evening. Very clean updated rooms. Friendly staff! Would stay here again.

This is a historic convention center with spacious meeting rooms and exhibition halls. It is in a reasonable walking distance from shopping centers, coffee shops and restaurants in the area. There are cool food and dessert options in a walking distance. One may be interested in The Cheesecake Factory. It is like 10 min walking from Town and Country Hotel and Convention Center.

Great venue and location. Feels like a resort. Parking staff were the friendliest I've come across for an event. There were several events going on and we never got into each other's way or felt crowded. The catering food was delicious! And the vegetarian options didn't feel like inferior food One improvement would be to the catering staff is to keep the coffee out longer in the morning.

The room was so pretty! They had amazing artwork in our room and provide a coffee maker for some free coffee. There's a glass door to the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We got there around 4 pm and the pool wasn't too cold but the jacuzzi takes some time to get used to with how hot it was. I couldn't stay in there too long so just kept my legs in the jacuzzi. The room also comes with a mini fridge that doesn't get too cold but it can maintain something cold. Don't look forward to cooling your drink within a few hours. I would definitely come back!

Stayed in the garden view king. Room was large and the king bed was comfortable. I liked that there was an actual kureg for early morning coffee. Parking is unfortunate, $20/night to stay in the hotel's own parking lot. no other options nearby. Maid tried to kick us out of the room at 9am, 2 hrs before checkout. Walls are super thin, I could hear a pin drop in the hallway outside my room.

The staff were very nice, but this is was quite possibly worst room I have ever stayed in. Half the lights in the room did not work and the room was probably last updated in the 70's. It smelled like something had died in it years back, honestly a roadside motel probably would have had a better room. I was in room 3641 at the furthest corner of the "resort", they just need to tear these buildings down and start from scratch. I cannot believe they charge close to $200 a night for this place. If you are here for a conference just stay at the Marriott across the street. I

This is a cool place to stay! The landscape here is spectacular! There are roses everywhere with buildings covered in ivy vines. It's pretty nice and clean too. Also conveniently located so you're just a hop skip away from the beaches, downtown, airport and etc.. All and all great place to stay with your family and furry Lil children!

We stayed here for San Diego Comic Con, and I absolutely loved it. They had a decent breakfast (even for someone gluten-free), the rooms were a good size, and it was super easy to get to the convention center.

While some of my travel companions weren't thrilled with the old fashioned furniture and fixtures in the Regency Tower, I loved it. I'd be happy to stay here again, only next time bringing a swim suit to enjoy the beautiful pools.

Great location and is right next to a nice mall. Very nice environment. Hotel rooms are a bit small and feel bit dated but besides that it's a good hot.

My stay at The Town and Country Resort went well.
They ran out of Garden Rooms and gave me a Regency Tower Room with a grand view of the mountains. The price of the room was excellent. The Resort allows for all types of conventions, meetings and events. You could hold a wedding there. Lavish ballrooms.
The banquet food was tasty. I had the steak and it was juicy and medium rare. Yum.
There are three large pools with 1 hot tub on the premises. Plenty of room for everyone.
The bellmen were prompt and friendly.
There are renovations going on yet the staff is keeping that as a smooth transition.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. They didn't have the room that I booked and paid for in advance. It was pretty expensive but felt rooms for old and falling apart. Staff was not friendly. I'm not one to complain usually. The TV didn't work and my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. We booked the room for a romantic getaway. I told this to the front desk when we checked in and they told us they didn't have the king bed we paid for. Since I couldn't get my $200 back we just made the best of it. And it was $20 extra for parking. I will not stay there again. But the flowers out side were beautiful. Might be a nice place for golf if that's why you are going for.

Rooms leave much to be desired, especially for the price. Toilet clogged, hours before fix. And they left me with wet floors. Never sent anyone despite my calling. Lights dim when plug in iron. AC switched to heating in muffle of night. Toilet is too close to sink to sit comfortably. This place is in serious need of an upgrade. Conference center is nice though.

My husband was here for business and I tagged along since his trip took him away for our anniversary. We stayed in the high-rise part of the complex. I don't have anything bad to say about our stay here. If I were to add one thing close to a complaint it would be the "bungalow" type rooms exteriors seemed very dated. I can not speak for the insides of those though. Our room seemed like most any other hotel room but had an added feature of a small patio with a great view of the pools and the hill sides in the background.
