I stayed here for one night and upon check out everything seemed fine until I saw two unauthorized charges on to my account. One for $175 and one for $150 I assumed one was for the one night stay with deposit that will be refunded, but i have received nothing. I stayed over the night of 11/11/17. When I called about the random extra charge the housekeeping manager said it was because of a missing microwave. (I never touched or even acknowledged a microwave was in the room) as I was just there to sleep. The Wyndham refused to contact me via phone/email to even let me know thy were planning to take money out for an object I didn't use. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of rooms elsewhere that is more affordable and since they decided to just withdraw money from my account it had a domino affect on my bills that are on automatic bill pay charging an insufficient funds to my account. Do not deal with these people. Poor customer service. Super unprofessional and very rude to assume and just take funds out of my account. I will be disputing both charges to the account and contacting higher authorities.

Great Location easy to get to. Check-in was easy enough, although they dont allow cash deposit has to be on a credit card. The room was very spacious and clean, bed comfortable enough. Only drawback is having to pay for parking and having to take the elevator up to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors because they lock the stairwell doors at the ground level and they only open out and the room they gave was the last room at the end next to the stairs. So going down was great but going up was a long walk. I Will stay again.

Stayed here 2 nights. The king room reserved was booked, so we were upgraded to a Jr Suite with a king bed. Clean and nice. Helpful staff. A/C was giving problems throughout the stay.

Con: You have to pay for parking. And I'm the spots are so tiny, so you will hit someone's car with your door while getting in or out.

My stay at wyndham had been great! The junior suite is homey, and romantic. My boyfriend and i love the mirrors that are throughout, and the hours for the hot tub area are late night enough. The lobbyist and other staff give you personal space and privacy. The hotel was a nice place to stay.

We booked this room online after seeing the beautiful picture they posted. Once we drove up we realized we had made a big mistake. The "beautiful picture " was the office and that was the only thing "beautiful" about this place! The room was horrendous. It was old, dingy and smelled like mildew. I had to really psyche myself into staying there. I like to make the best of bad situations and try not to complain. The bed was somewhat comfortable but the rooms were noisy. The neighborhood is questionable and did not feel too safe but we are still alive so all is well. I suppose it would be okay to stay here if u aren't going to be in the room too long and u have your c.h. with you.

Very out dated, rusty door frames, rusty bath fixtures and towel holders, mold. Noisy, everytime someone flushed a toilet it woke us up. It's in a great location and the staff are very nice. Parking was like $14 a day which I didn't see when booking back at the beginning of the year. No on site eating but lots of restaurants close by. If they renovated they would be awesome but unless you love the 80s, go somewhere else.

My stay here was made pleasant by the friendly staff, they knew the right direction to point me towards my room, local shops, and gym. My room was very clean, the mini fridge had removable shelves so I could store my own food, they had plenty of toiletries, a blow dryer, and an iron. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I the moment I laid down I fell asleep instantly. The rooms are equipped with a TV and cable plus the desk was a nice place to sit and take notes. The restaurant is under construction but I'm told that are moving a Panera Bread into the space. On the back side of the parking lot there is a great gym, all the front desk for details. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my second stay at this property. This Wyndham Garden property is situated in a diverse area, including both good higher end restaurants, as well as not so attractive diversions for those in 'shore leave'. That said, I found this hotel to be an oasis, both well kept and pleasantly staffed for both of my visits. My took offered free high speed wifi, and a free pool, but free breakfast and parking (self-park) were not part of the deal. Pricing was reasonable for San Diego, and my room was very comfortable.

Loved the staff at the hotel, very helpful. Gave my family and I are complimentary upgrade as soon as we checked in. Nice small room that was worth the price. Free WiFi was good and reliable. Only real complaint was privacy. There was a lot of noise coming from the pool and the windows allowed people see most of the room. Overall, surprisingly good for the price and would stay there again if needed.

Horrible customer service. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at specified check in time. I was told to take a seat while they checked to see how long. 40 minutes later I had to get back in line to get an update. They had completely forgotten. I got no apology. Would not recommend

The location is just right for our family weekend outing. There are lots of places to shop and close by entertainment for everyone in the family. The only problem is the room we stayed had roaches. It is very loud. The windows were closed but it was like they were open. The real appeal was the price for the location. I would stay there again if i was by myself not with my family.

Staying here unfortunately. Spend a little more to get way better. Worse place I've stayed in a long time. I booked a whole week in advance so it was to late to cancel without losing $900. The first room we stayed in was just gross. The floors felt nasty, the bathroom tub had black stuff on the edges and the bottom of the tub was lifting up. The suite we are in now is not to bad although it is small. The pictures look nice online but the overall hotel feels more like a motel, but the price is not! I thought it would be better than "quality inn" or "comfort inn & suites" but it's not! & you have to pay $14 a night to park your car here over night! What a rip off! I'm staying here for a total of 7 nights that's damn near $100 just for parking that I wasn't aware of. If that was the case I would have booked the Sheraton or Hilton which at the time was only a $10-$15 difference. My first room didn't even have bath towels, the shower curtain is so cheap water gets everywhere, i didn't have sugar for my coffee, they don't even have Disney channel for the kids! @ to top it off the pillows are horrible, they are lumpy and not even standard size and some of them are so uncomfortable I woke up with a cramp in my neck. Anyways take your money elsewhere. I would never stay at this hotel again!!

I wouldn't stay here again, and wish I wouldn't have booked this place. If I had been alone and not with a group I would've left and found another room losing the money I spent on this one. The place is rough and it's not I. The best part of town. It shows they have an airport shuttle, when asked they said they do and there's a charge for it. Then they realized it's not available on the day I needed it. If the room was free I wouldn't want to stay there.

Nice open southern California 'vacation' feel to this place. Plenty of safe off street parking. Competitively priced and staffed with kind friendly faces. Very clean and neat, warm feeling rooms. All the perks of hotel life, almost.
