Very nice property checking was very quick. They have a nice Market near the front desk which has coffee in the morning as well as other food and drinks available for purchase. They have two nice pools and separate areas as well as two hot tubs my only complaint would be the walk from my room to the main pool. Overall everything is very good.
Love this place! Very clean and well run hotel. There are 2 gyms, several pools, and ample parking. The staff are friendly and helpful, and daily housekeeping is offered. The clubhouse now offers free movie rentals with your stay, so that's great. Only about 15 minutes from Disney/Magic Kingdom and Orlando Eye. Just be aware that the hotel will try very hard to sell you a timeshare to one of their other properties while you're here--you will get multiple phone calls and emails your way! Despite that, this is still one of my favorite places to stay in Orlando.
We were constantly harassed about buying a timeshare until we threatened to check out early. Inadequate parking. No full length mirror in room. Dirty floors & broken items - this place did not meet our expectations for a hilton property. Housekeeping was very friendly and respected our do not disturb sign (until it blew away during a storm) leaving bags of clean towels daily. Decent location near dining options & grocery store but we will explore other options next time we visit this area.
It has everything!! If they don't have it, there's a quick and easy walk across the street to a grocery store. Although it's within walking distance of a mall, once you get in the resort, it feels so secluded. It feels like a amazing store that is close to stores and restaurants. They also have very reasonable eateries on campus. They also have make activities for guests throughout the day. Between that, the free movie rentals, the amazing pools, I don't have anyone would use the word, 'bored' while here.
Building selection is key at this resort. Buildings 5, 6, and 7 are across a lake from the main Clubhouse and dining options. There is a small quiet pool by these three buildings, but these buildings require an extra five minute walk and both directions every time you go out. Parking, while free, is limited. The resort operates a parking shuttle to move visitors from the Overflow parking areas to the buildings.
Prices for food and drinks are very reasonable for a resort. The quality of the food was very good.
Used to love this place but haven't stayed here for years up until recently. There are newer Hilton properties that are newer and more modern. The family and I stayed in a studio this past weekend and it was clean, but felt a little dated. The grounds and common areas are still beautiful though. This particular weekend the property was pretty packed and parking was a problem. A few times I had to park by the clubhouse and get shuttled to my building. To their credit, they had shuttles running all the time. Proximity to the outlets is awesome. I didn't use it this time but seeing that the Vineland outlets were also packed, being able to walk over is a nice touch.
I gave this a 4 star review mostly because of the parking situation. We stayed here for 5 nights, every night we had to park about 200 yards away (no exaggeration) 3 of those nights we were able to jump on a golf cart and get a ride to our building. Hilton does have a lot of golf carts with employees driving everyone to their buildings because they know the parking is so awful, but it's still really inconvenient. The rooms are nice and everything is clean and up to date. The pool is nice and we'll maintained. The grounds are great and with palmost trees and fountains all about. If only they had more parking I would give them 5 stars.
Myself and my son stayed during hurricane Irma. They were so accommodating with everything. The one thing that impressed me the most was I was greeted by the general manager while he was helping the rest of the employees. It is so impressive so see a leader doing that instead of being in an office. The loss prevention officer Mike was amazing in helping me get in my room when I forgot my key. The entire staff I saw was amazing. Mike and Evelyn came to every room to give out glow sticks in case we lost power and they were so nice asked if they could do anything to make my stay better. I love that they had a DVD rental machine it helps with little ones. They room we had was so gorgeous. The entire resort was beautiful.
The staff was courteous. The rooms were amazing. Especially the huge jet tub in the master bedroom. We got a 2 bedroom suite. It was also nice to close off half of the suite so our kids could take naps when needed. The property is really well maintained. Will not hesitate to come back.
Location plus: Easy to access highway but tucked in so you don't have highways noise nearby. Next to the premium outlets so good for shopping. Location con: next to tons of chain restaurants so don't expect amazing food. Also very difficult to make a left turn out of the complex. Somewhat far away from theme parks. Rooms pro: the suites (1 bedroom & living room/kitchen) are nice sized but the studio is a little too small for 1 week. Get them connected for more space. Rooms con: the walls and floors have almost no insulation. You can hear everything from neighbors. Website advertised 2 beds in studio and we had 1 which made tougher sleeping setup at night. Service is good overall. Not amazing as a high end resort
Great resort great accommodations friendly staff. They do festivities all week while your there. You can walk to the Premium Outlets from the resort.
I only had a few disappointments during our stay. Not much options for gluten free allergies if you want to eat at the resort pool or deli and barside which should be looked into for such a high end resort and company like Hilton. Their beds are less than desirable if you have a bad back I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. When you ask to be in a quiet room make sure its not near the mechanical room or the cleaning staff laundry room because they were doing laundry all night long.
Other than those issues we really enjoyed the resort beautiful facility friendly staff. Close to everything.
Awesome huge rooms with an incredible price. Pool is great and good night time pool bar. They should think about doing movie night at the pool every night. If prices stay reasonable, I will stay there again for sure. It is a timeshare place so expect them to try to get you to to hear their sell.
The Tuscany Village property is very nice. It is modeled after an Italian Village. While not 5 Star material the Grand Village is great for a timeshare style vacation. The service is also excellent. If a view is important to you stay away from the rooms on the side. Also some of the on-property activities like Bingo have a an extra charge. Over all good spot.
Great Week at Tuscany , suggested improvements:
We had a great week at Tuscany village. Lots of activities, great pools, with convenient bar/restaurant. We would make a couple minor improvements: The Hotel is not particularly quiet. Most rooms have dividing doors to accommodate two bedroom set ups. The door between the rooms is NOT sound proof making it like the adjoining room's people are right in your room sound wise. These doors need to be addressed to sound proof them. Also, the doors to the stairs are not adjusted correctly so they slam when they close (building 3). These should be able to be adjusted so the doors close quietly. Other then those two issues, the facility is excellent with a FANTASTIC STAFF. Very friendly people make you feel welcome. Nice!
