booked 2 months early for 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. got a call on THE DAY OF CHECK IN and was told they only have rooms with a single bed. to top it off they said for no charge they will put a mattress on the floor for free, but can get a roll away for $10 extra!!! Really?!

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided cookies in the lobby, and all of the room accommodations worked as expected. I would stay again.

the Service was OUTSTANDING!!! 6 stars - more then made up for some minor issues pool and hot tub nice and clean - and breakfast is very delicious.

Really great hotel. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The hotel also has a pool and fitness centre to use. Also, the room comes with a Herman Miller office chair, which makes the room perfect for getting any work done. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in a suite for our wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pittsford New York. Our sweet was fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous! What I didn't understand is why there were no Kleenex in the rooms. No paper towels or Kleenex. We also stayed at the Renaissance a Del Monte Lodge and Spa in Pittsford New York. The Del Monte Lodge offered free wine and cheese brought to our door. They also brought us packets of ice and chocolates. We did get some apple sparkling juice into wine glasses at the Hilton Garden Inn. I just feel they could have done a bit better with their amenities. I give them a 4.4.

Stayed in the honeymoon sweet. It was absolutely beautiful. We got to the room and there were chocolate covered strawberries and Champaign waiting for us. We loved every moment of it

All of the staff that I've met have been extremely friendly and pleasant to work with, especially the ladies who work the evening and late night shifts. The rooms are modern, spacious, nicely decorated and completely comfortable. The rooms and hotel have tons of amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and fun. Also the staff has great suggestions for ordering food for delivery, restaurants to visit and local outings to enjoy.

This is a nice clean new hotel with ton's of amenities. I was surprised at how affordable the rate was, especially compared to what I saw when I arrived. The facility is well above average, but what most impressed me was the service. While many hospitality companies are focused on their guests' experience, this staff does it right!! David at the front desk was friendly, attentive, helpful, and seemed to really be motivated to do the best job he could with every guest. Another staff member, who was moving the shuttle van, helped me plug my hybrid electric car into an outdoor outlet conveniently located on a light pole in the parking lot (they don't have a level 2 240V charger yet, but plenty of outlets on the light poles if you're traveling with your level 1 120v cord). The gentleman seemed genuinely pleased to be able to help me charge my car and even mentioned they would be planning a level 2 charger installation sometime down the road. I will most certainly return to this Hilton Garden Inn every time I'm in Rochester for business!
