I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's always a pleasant experience. The rooms are small, but normal size for NYC. This last visit we were in a corner room which was very very tiny. We had four people so it was extremely tight. I will be sure to request that we do not get a corner room again. Otherwise the stay was fine and the service was great.

Nice, clean rooms and a friendly staff! Easy to get to and from any place in NY from this hotel. Great central location.

Reasonably good repair, and the staff is definitely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small. Actually no, they are tiny, but this is Manhattan. Main issue is the lack of effective internet connections. It took me, no joke, 8 minutes to load this review page. I had to keep reloading because it timed out so badly. I've attached a speed test showing just how bad it is. This is 2017, stop punishing your visitors with internet speeds that can't even check email effectively.

My daughter and I just stayed for 4 nights. I would recommend this hotel as the staff was wonderful. The concierge was especially awesome and went out of his way to be helpful! The only negative is that the room was small. We never had to wait for the elevator as others have mentioned.

Always greeted with a warm welcome, while staying at this great location. There are plenty of venues in the neighborhood, but the hotel restaurant and bartender Genti present an in house option that is enjoyed by locals and guest from all over the globe.

Hotel staff was very nice but that is the best thing about this hotel. Checked into my room pulled back the blankets on the bed and there was a ton of long hairs all over the sheets and makeup stains on the pillow cases. Called for new sheets and they were left on the floor outside of my room. This is the first night of my stay and I need to get out of this hotel.

Fantastic location!!! The staff has been the most friendly & helpful people we ever encountered in a NYC hotel. Validated parking prices, nice outdoor seating, bar, breakfast bar or room service, clean, quiet believe it or not,15 th floor room, can't hear squat outside the window.
Elevators are a smidge slow,so be patient! Close walking distance to Madison Square Garden, great restaurants, Broadway.

I traveled to NYC to visit after many years of not being here and found this hotel online while driving around. With such short notice I was surprised that I found one with rooms open and at such a low rate, compared to the surrounding area. Overall the hotel staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms are really small, but that was expected. As far as tourist locations go, you end up being halfway between Central Park and the World Trade Center, and Times Square being about a 15-20min walk. I also recommend trying out the surrounding restaurants and cafes.

Good location for wedding we attended at Chelsea Piers. Rooms on the smaller side and no microwave or mini fridge, however can request mini fridge. Front desk offered to store milk for our toddler if we bought it and gave it to them. Clean bathrooms. On site restaurant was quick with order and provided complementary breakfast. Food is average quality.

Hotel is clean and staff are professional. The room is small but comfortable. Biggest complaint is the lack of blackout curtains as my room faces the street in the "city that never sleeps" and a considerable amount of light is visible in the room at all hours.

Do not stay here if you can at all avoid it. You cannot close the bathroom door without standing half way in the shower. If after a long day out in the city you want to turn on sport highlights on the tv before you sleep, don't count on it. The tv will power off every five minutes without touching it.

Whatever you do, DO NOT eat breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. It was easily the worst food of my week in manhattan. We weren't given water or cutlery, had to share one bottle of ketchup with four other tables. Oh, count on the elevator taking ten minutes or more every time you want to leave the building.

Rooms were a passable level of clean, but had shower heads practically falling off, ripped blinds, etc.
This is just an honest review. It's got a great location going for it but that's about it.

Do not use IHG Rewards Club for Holiday Inn Reservation smart phone application system at all. If you want to cancel reservation, it's looks so simple. But it'll be a bad decision. You'll receive Reservation cancelled email. But if that was non refundable reservation, you can't get any refund. That cancel system did not explain for not refundable situation. I'm not going to use Holiday Inn hotel reservation system again. I lost money, but I learned lesson. Do not trust Holiday Inn Reservation app.

Great location at a great price. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small, but all rooms are small in NYC. They allow pets and we brought our dog, but there was no pet smell. The hotel is very clean and we had a great two night stay. We will stay here again for sure.

Close to almost everything in Manhattan. Very reasonable prices if you book in advance. The staff was polite and helpful at all times. The room was clean. The few things that may be bothersome to some people is the hardness of the bed and the tiny bathroom. Quite annoying to get in and out without wide opening the door every time.
