Overall a very nice hotel, but compared to other Hilton hotels not as updated. Everything was very clean and the staff was superior. Loved that the pool and fitness room were open 24 hours. Enjoyed my stay.

After staying at the Hilton University Place, I thought this location would be smaller but comparable. Not so. Disappointed in the appearance and care of the room. Staff is accommodating and friendly though.

The shower head was at 7+ feet so it was not necessary to duck down to wash my hair. I have never seen this before. Also the water pressure was great.

Not too bad for an older location. The staff is very friendly, and the location is convenient. My room wasn't very clean though, with trash in the cans from the previous guest and long black hairs still in the shower (gross).

Good hotel, breakfast was included in my reservation but when I looked at my account they double charged for this. It wasn't much so didn't go through the effort to complain. Friendly staff

Love staying here when I come to town for work on the north side of Charlotte. Right next door to a Bob Evans if you want a good southern breakfast. Good BBQ and Mexican across the parking lot too. There is also a mall nearby as well with a movie theater if you are into that kinda stuff. Gym is a little small, but I have never seen anyone else in there when I go so it's not a problem. Has free weights, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a stationary bike. The staff here is beyond friendly and have always been very accomodating. Rooms are very clean and don't smell at all. Rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave so you can squirrel away snacks and drinks on a long stay. I would recommend staying here.

Overall stay was great! The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing was that one night after returning from a long day there were no parking spots (There was a long trailer blocking several spots). After asking the guy at the front desk Where to park he pointed me across the street and didn't really explain the situation or help at all. I would assume spending a good amount of money for the night I would be guaranteed a spot. But that was not the case, and he did not offer to make it right. But the Chef that was working room service was excellent!! Super nice and was very attentive to our dietary needs! Overall it's a great hotel! Worth a stay if you're in Charlotte!

My wife and I stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel is located in a very convenient place with lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
