This hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. Everyone of the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We would stay here any time we are in the area.

Excellent staff, especially the nice lady in the breakfast area. Our room was always clean.
However do not stay in room 318 , it is a room with an adjoining door/room.
It was very noisy when the other room next to us was occupied. Not good if you need sleep.
The road in the front is busy so there was traffic noise, but maybe would have better if our room was on the back side of hotel.

The hotel lobby was clean but the stay was awful. The room was dirty, found hair all over the bed. It was late when we checked in (hurricane evacuees) so we didn't want to make a fuss and have to change rooms. Their free hot breakfast is usually why we pick the best western, when we made it at 8:40 to breakfast there were a couple scraps left. No orange or apple juice, milk or even WATER. There was a fire alarm that went off around 11pm. After being on the road for 7 hours and paying their inflated rate due to hurricane this was awful. In the lobby I saw plenty of people asking for their money back. No good reason to ever stay with best western again.

My husband stayed 5 nights (3 one week, 2 the next). He had plans to stay 3 or 4 nights every week for a month, maybe even longer. He was given a discounted price considering his long stay business. Well the hotel got busy one particular night and he was told he couldn't get the discount due to how busy the hotel was. He was told the room would go to somebody willing to pay full price, regardless of long he stays. When spending almost $400 a week for a entire month, you would think your loyalty and business meant more. He also recommended several others to the hotel prior to this.

Super flexible friendly staff. Clean, quiet tidy room. The a/c unit in our room was slightly finicky and bed is beginning to show signs of indentations. Our King Size Pet Friedly Room was upgraded to a Suite! That was fabulous! The extra floor space was a blessings for our Golden Retriever Miss Daisy. Thank you for a lovely visit Best Western.

Perfect place to stay while passing through. There is a mall about 4 miles away on same road worth lots of places to eat and walk. Room wad clean. People were super friendly. I will definitely keep this hotel saved. Also pretty friendly.

Great location and very nice staff. Breakfast was quite good. Right of I-77. Helpful in finding nice restaurant nearby. We travel this route frequently, and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the worst hotel on gods green earth. I am a club member so I got a much lower price than most. Well I had booked the rooms for 3 weeks. They threw me and my employees out because they needed the rooms to sell at a higher price. I was not there when they decided to do this and didn't bother to call me. When we got back to the room they had taken all our belongings and thrown them in to big bins. Broke my laptop and kept several items.

We were very pleased with our stay. Price was extremely high due to a popular concert going on. The staff was super friendly and the pet friendly room smelled great and carpet was clean. Not much grass area tho for the dog. We go to Huntersville twice a year for a model airplane competition and this is the second time I have stayed here and have been happy both times.

Very clean comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Motel was easy to get to and was very close to interstates. I would definitely stay here again . I would also recommend to all. Our stay was very nice and bed and pillows were great.
