The room was wondeful, very spacious and comfortable, great experience for the price. Breakfast was lacking variety and quality and the gym was very small, but both of those things are not the primary function of a hotel so I didn't fault them too much for it.

We have stayed here several times in past with no issues and our rooms were clean and nice. On our stay 10/6/17 , I found a bed bug on me! Moved us to two other rooms that were also NOT clean. Manger did call us a few day later and give us a refund and extra awards points.

Room was easy to access and the room was wonderful. We were rooming with multiple people and the room still feel big. The bathroom was good but not well stocked in towels or soap for three people. Also the breakfast bar was inconvenient as it opened at 6:30 on Saturday which made us miss breakfast for our early started day.

Very nice and clean room. The decor is beautiful, towels are a little abrasive but most hotel towels are. The bed is comfy and bathrooms are spacious. Convenient location to shopping center should the need arise. Will definitely come back here for my visits to Charlotte!

Kristen at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Boyfriend and I were on a two week road trip and were not arriving in Charlotte until about 4am. Five other hotels I called blew me off about checking in at this time. Kristen kindly found us a room and was very sweet during our 4:30am check-in, which was thankfully quick and simple. Our room was super clean and quiet. Could not have asked for more.

Very clean, great staff, comfy beds, delicious free breakfast, and I even took a swim in the pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would choose to stay here again if I ever return to Charlotte

Excellent room plan, good space and great location. Staff were attentive and eager to help me with getting and sending fax materials. The fitness center was small and you have to use the local YMCA if you wanted more equipment options. Fortunately, I was alone in the room except on one occasion where had to use different piece of equipment as only one treadmill and elliptical!

Front desk staff was amazing. My wife who had been through chemo wanted just a night get away with our daughter searched the internet for hotels for pools and hot tubs. There was a pool and no hot tub. When I asked the front desk he stated they haven't had a hot tub in two years. With over $40,000 in chemo debt, $232 for one night is definitely out of our budget. False advertisement. However the front desk staff was absolutely amazing.

I have always enjoyed staying at a Marriott. The staff was very nice and helpful. The maids were excellent as well. The breakfast was good but needs a little updating. Enjoyed staying in the area to visit family. Will be seeing you soon and I will recommend this Marriott for other people to stay at.
