Clean and comfortable! The bed was absolutely delightful! Hotels usually bother my allergies, but Wingate bothered my nose very minimally. I was very happy with my stay, and I would stay with Wingate again.

Immaculate hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Spacious rooms, well appointed. Large bathroom with lots of outlets. Night light on the hair dryer. Quiet. Delicious breakfast included. Late checkout. Great value. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!!!

I'd have given a negative rating if I could, I booked my travel through Chase ultimate rewards through rewards points and the lady at the front desk totally failed to understand this and asked for my credit card and said still I would need to pay using my card as this was not a prepaid trip, I tried to explain in all ways I could but she was adamant, ignorant and so rude to even tell me that I'm confused. I have stayed in hotels almost all over the world but never seen such an ignorant and rude person at a hotel front desk. I had to call chase customer service and after checking and contacting the hotel they said that the hotel is saying I have made a direct reservation with them, hello..why the hell I'd make another reservation along with the existing one through Chase. Then I figured out that the lady made the mistake and used my card to make a reservation and now she acted like I had made the reservation..we were just pissed off and this is not the end she even had the guts to tell me that I was confused. At last when we had figured this out through chase they made her to cancel the fraudulent reservation. She even didn't care to apologise and just handed me the room key. Never ever going to stay in Wyndham again. Cheap, rude and fraudulent.

Our stay was great. We were only there for one night, but the room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is included for all guests so that was a plus. There was a good choice of items to eat for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, cuddly soft, pristine bedding. Great hot breakfast missing grits.
Too bad it's so traditional. After seeing the Katy Perry show, I feel futuristic.

Breakfast wasn't as good as it usually is. Outdoor pool closed after Labor day and it was 86 degrees during our stay. Sons were disappointed. However the beds were amazing, so comfortable.

If i could give them a negative I would! The staff was very rude when we arrived the night shift- i asked where the elevator was located she didn't even look up and just said "that way"! Then in the morning the "General manager" was very rude and unprofessional, when asked for his information and corporates info he gave me a card and told me "that's all the information I would get on him" since its just a basic hotel at basic prices I would definitely take my business elsewhere. It matters how people treat you and you should never be treated less than you're worth

Check-in was quick but that was about the only nice thing. There were so many bugs! My daughter found ants in the pull out bed and a bug in the bathtub. We tried to go to the pool one morning at 9:30am but it was closed when we got there. It was supposed to open at 9am. We had to find someone to open it and they said "oh this happened yesterday too." Once it was open it was clear it had never been cleaned and there were no towels. We tried to swim but the pool was FILLED with bugs. Whenever we would try to brush them out more would float down. My daughter who loves to swim got out after 10 minutes and said "let's go, this is disgusting." Overall very disappointed.

I had a great experience with this location, had to stay a night later because of flight. The employees here we're very helpful, with everything from pick up and dropoff at the airport, to helping with breakfast. Met an employee named Doug who was nothing but helpful and provided great conversations for the time I was there. Would gladly come back to stay again. Clean room. Large and comfortable.

We came for Crolina Rebellion! Stayed 2 nights and it was awesome! Breakfast was decent and free so that was a plus! Beautiful room and very comfortable beds!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I found a USED tampon at the edge of the bed the morning I woke up and started to get dressed. Didn't notice it until the leg of my jeans hit the bed skirt and exposed it. I don't know how I'm not throwing up when I'm writing this, but this place is NASTY AND DISGUSTING. Bathtub was dirty on the bottom so I didn't even venture to shower. But the second I found that nasty thing, I packed up all my stuff, canceled the following night stay and checked out. The front desk lady was very nice, even took a photo of my phone with the item on it to show it to management and take appropriate action. She directed me to the breakfast area, which was also disgusting. Got a cup of coffee and got the hell out of the hell hole. As I was leaving, right by front entrance, bag of fast food leftovers was laying left open and contents spread out on the front flower bed. In short: nobody gives a crap about anything at this place. Seriously, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK this awful awful disgusting place!!!

It's always nice to have everything go the way it should when traveling. This Hotel provided that. It was clean ready to go and had a good staff. The breakfast was good and the area very clean. The location is great with a large mall and good places to eat within walking distance.
