This is a really small town feel. It is all decorated in Christmas lights and beautiful. The staff are wonderful and friendly and really care about your visit and you.

Super nice people! Whereas most of these hotels have a buffet style breakfast, this one still makes omelettes anyway you want.. that alone is worth staying there.

Wonderful service, comfortable beds, clean rooms, affordable breakfast. Pool and Fitness only basic, some were not working. Cleaness in stairway could be better. Overall, pleasant stay.

Great place! We were greeted by the manager on duty after a long day and arriving in the late evening. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was good and not much of a drive from here to Carowinds. I'll be staying here every time I visit Carowinds.

Good business hotel, rooms are spacious. They also have food, so it helps after a long day of work.

You can find good rates from time to time.

Main issue is that WiFi sucks.

I stayed a couple nights here and the hotel was nice. My room was a little dated but everything was better than I expected. The hotel staff was attentive. There aren't many places to run in Pineville near the hotel. There are some neighborhoods / parks a little ways from the hotel location that have decent sidewalks.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and orderly. They said it had a complimentary breakfast which ended up being 6 dollars a bagel so a little bit of miscommunication there. Also the pool water was cloudy which kinda put a damper on any swimming we wanted to do.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Came for a business trip, after spending the day flying (my birthday) the concierge informed me that the bar was closed (it was after 10pm) but I was welcome to an item from the pantry at no charge (as a gift). Another person in my group forgot toothpaste, they were happy to provide it. Access to the shuttle within 5 miles means not having too uber or taxi everywhere. Overall very nice hotel!

The daytime staff was very welcoming and pleasant; anything we needed - they were there to help and with a smile. We were impressed with the homey feel of the lobby; lots of chairs and tables, and even a long dining table, available to use any time of the day/night. They also have a great breakfast/cook-to-order buffet!

The late evening attendant (John) was not very friendly and was rude. When we got back to the hotel late, we wanted to dip into the hot tub and enjoy a good soak before bed. Unfortunately, as we attempted to go into the hot tub area – John left the arriving customers at the front desk only to approach us and sternly tell us “it’s closed” as he points his finger out… as if we were dogs and told to get out. The next night he had four people arrested because they were “drinking” on premises.

The hotel was great, comfortable, clean, very affordable, and the staff attendants of the daytime shift were awesome… just stay away from John at night; he’s bad news.
