Our key card would not work for our hotel room. We tried 4 different keys and finally had to use an emergency key. Then the next morning, a maid came in our room without knocking. Very rude.

Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was a great deal. Two queen sized beds for $88 a night. Rooms were clean, staff was inviting, and the pool and exercise room were open until midnight. Breakfast service was acceptable, but nothing special. Overall, you get your money's worth out of your stay.

We got a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were good. The room was nice except for the pull out couch which had seen better days. It creeked everytime you sat down or moved. The fresh cookies are a nice touch.

Loved staying here. The staff was very nice and the lending Library was amazing. Lots of variety to choose from to read and the option to borrow was nice.

So far it's horrible. Cold showers. The free WiFi is spotty and in general has low connectivity.. and I'm right above the lobby. Would never recommend staying here if you can help it.

In town for college visits..Pfeiffer and NC university Charlotte..great place to stay .the suite is nice n comfotable..the lobby is warm n inviting..stayed 2 nights very happy with my choice.

My fiancé and I stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay! Britney checked us in after 11:00 pm and was so pleasant to say the least. All of the staff was wonderful but Britney takes the cake in hospitality! We will stay there again!

Nice room. Wanted to swim but the water did not look clean to me. Should be able to see the bottom of the pool. So since I could not I would not get in. And because the hot tub is in the same room it was so hot I could not stay in there too long.

Our room was great, and the hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff could have been a bit more professional. Their appearance was not very professional, and they did not their guests at the front desk their undivided attention when being addressed. We witnessed this with the guests before us and encountered the same treatment. The breakfast was one of the best we've had while staying at a Country Inn & Suites. The kitchen staff was on top of everything! They kept it well stocked and clean, even in the midst of the morning breakfast rush. They had really good coffee too!

Spent the night in a room with a whirlpool tub. The room was clean and up to date. A.c. worked good and the breakfast hit the spot. Enjoyed the visit.

Pretty low key area but the facility is nice. Seems like they are building up the area around the hotel so it'll be more entertaining soon. Great amenities (pool, gym, breakfast)

Very pleasantly surprised. Room was very good size. Had separate beds from sofa area. Room had two nice tv. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Country Inn & Suites in Concord was a nice cozy hotel loved the jacuzzi tub and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a lot to be desired especially with no meats to go with all the pastries but all in all good stay

Walls paper thin!!! You can hear traffic outside while TRYING TO SLEEP!! Water pipes are in the walls.. so every time someone flushes a toilet you get woke up!!! Their "black out" curtains are NOT one piece.. Parking lot lights kept streaming through the windows all night. No matter how I tried, the curtains just don't over lap!!! SO MUCH FOR BLACK OUT! I will have to buy pins to hold it together today, so I can ENDURE my three day stay!!!! I'd go sit in the hot tub, but it's so COLD that it won't help! That's right!! The hot tub is luke warm at best!!! Requested special arrangements, but the hotel staff didn't bother to read, and weren't about to bother helping me out. Don't let the name fool you, these folks have gone out of their way to CUT CORNERS on cost. You are gonna get three tiny pillows on a bed and a card by your bed telling you that they aren't going to change your linens daily unless you tell them to!!!! I just wanna SCREAM every time I hear that toilet flush next to my bed!!!!!
