Unfortunately cannot leave less then one star after the service I received. Very disappointed I the direction this hotel has gone. Was only greeted 2 times all week, staff was very rude and unprofessional during the day. Only positive was Marsha as she was polite and cared about the guest. Same could NOT be said about the GM or the AGMboth interuppted a conversation with different staff members even though I was mid sentance. Used to be 5 stars no longer there since turnover of staff including management..

The stay was nice, the beds were very fluffy and soft, the bathroom was a tight space, but it was very clean. The breakfast was all gone when I went to grab some at 9:00. It's big outside, but the inside halls were very narrow and the roof was short, I am 5'2 and i could touch the roof. Other than that, It would be a nice stay if it is booked last minute.

Great place to stay & close to several restaurants. We had some special requests & the staff was so gracious & helpful. We are Hilton Honors members & can always depend on the Hilton family of hotels for a clean & comfortable place to stay.

Made reservations for a standard room & checked in and clerk put us in an handicap room & told me that's all available & they only had about 10 cars in the parking lotand it was about 1:00pm & check in is at 3:00pm. clerk very rude & not professional at allWhen I confronted her Abt the handicap room she was telling both white guest About the breakfast & fresh Cookie's at 3:00My husband & I didn't get that serviceShe wouldn't honor military discountAnd I called Corporate & instead of her Trying to correct the problemShe was making excuses for herThat was my last stay at any hotel affiliated with themI wouldn't recommend this hotel to the Devil himselfI wish I could take that 1 star off.

The location was easy to get to with many restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond expectations at the front desk all the way to the breakfast staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. They had an outdoor pool that I didn't have the pleasure of using, but looked clean from a distance.

A really great place super affordable especially for something last minute. Room was definitely big enough and beds were comfy as well. Definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable bed, good selection for the continental breakfast, and friendly service. Door key didn't work at midnight and was inconvenient to have to go back to front desk to get it fixed.

Stayed here recently for the Carolina rebellion at the motor speedway. The price was reasonable and close enough to the speedway.
The room was clean and bed comfortable. Beware of the coffee maker, ours started spraying steam all over, could have easily burned someone.
Breakfast was actually pretty decent, eggs/omelette (premade in steamer) and a breakfast meat and of course a waffle maker. Variety of things to toast and yogurt. The last two mornings of our stay the juice machine was broken and the fridge with yogurt was locked and no one had a key.response / report this review -

They were very accommodating with free continental breakfast. Our blinds weren't working in our room, and they sent the maintenance man up ASAP. He was pleasant to interact with and handle it expediently. The beds are heavenly to sleep in. I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning! Five stars.

The room was nice and clean but overall a little bit small. The front desk staff was nice. They ran out of a lot of items for breakfast on my last day there however.
