Nice clean regular size room with fridge and microwave.
My road weary energetic son couldn't use the fitness room because his room card wouldn't unlock the fitness room door. so he ran around the hotel perimeter so stretch his muscles.
Surprised that only coffee and hot chocolate were the complimentary breakfast

I stay at Hilton Garden Inns fairly frequently and this hotel is consistent with others. The rooms are nice and clean. The facilities are clean and nice as well. I did not have the full breakfast I did just have the standard continental breakfast which was fine. The staff that did work in the restaurant area where very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Location was near to our office. Rooms were good clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly . Hotel is really good. Would have liked to have complimentary breakfast but instead it was made to order .

Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. They never did anything they said they would do. They didn't take responsibility for anything they did wrong.

Will definitely be staying here again. This is a great business hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nicely maintained and breakfast is always fresh tasting. The front office folks are also courteous and helpful.

Expensive breakfast. No regular blanket in the room. One side entrance is for employees only so don't waste time parking on the left side of the hotel.

Environment. Freshness. Location. Value. Amenities. Courtesy of all staffers. Energy efficient car charging stations available. Path from Lithonia to Downtown is only steps away from the hotel. Dine on the patio surrounded by lush, well-manicured, greenery. Conducive to business, vacations, and relaxing. Super professional and genuinely compassionate service with smiles. Excellent HGI!

The receptionist was so polite and helpful. I loved how she went above and beyond to get me a room. The services were excellent and the eating area is easily accessible for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. I strongly recommend.

Great motel .No price gauging on the hurricane victims. They went out of their way to make sure my son was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment and their employees.

The desk employees are among the most polite and helpful staff that I have been served by at a hotel. They went above and beyond to get a document printed for me. They also gave me 2 drink vouchers at the bar for a miniscule mistake they made. The eating area is easily accessible for breakfast, dinner, and drinks, as well as, meetings with other guests!

Went here for a credit repair opportunity meeting and hotel had great staff. It was also very clean. They had infused water in the lobby for all guest!

I decided to stay at the Hilton instead of the Hyatt hotel because of the Hilton name. Boy! Was I disappointed. I should've know that it was going to be a back experience because when I walk in the front desk area was hot. ( don't know if the AC was broken). I stay in room 428 on 8/27/16 the refrigerator in my room was broken also, the tub is Crack so I refuse to take a shower in it. The Internet was so slow I had to use my phone to get some work done. Also wasn't going to pay an extra $4.95 to faster Internet. I shouldn't need to pay extra for Internet if am paying $200 a night. My experience was do bad I should've stay at cheaper hotel and get a much better experience. I ask the front desk for a wine open still haven't experience. Am wondering what I pay for. My room wasn't as cold as I wanted it also. I believe if am staying at the Hilton I should get an Hilton experience. Crappie Internet, broken refrigerator, bad service and hot room.. this is why I only stay one night. Paying $200 a night for an horrible hilton hotel experience piss me off. I have stayed at other Hilton and had a great experience I don't know if it's because of the area why my experience this time was so bad.
