Hotel is nice, staff is friendly. But, had bedbugs in the first room i was in and about 17 vehicles had there back windows busted out tonight and personal property stolen. All vehicles where trucks, besides one car. The hotel staff really didnt seem to care. Over all nice building but the things that come with it are terrible.

We had to stay overnight in Atlanta because we missed a transfer flight. Although the locations near the Airport were full the front desk lady at another Fairfield Inn was able to help find us a location at McDough. We stayed in a double Queen Suite, which was extremely spacious and clean. The heat fan was a little noisy and we can hear the guests talk in the rooms adjacent to us. But in all fairness they were very loud. The front desk concierge happily provided us a pair of toothbrush after hearing we didn't have our luggage with us. Next morning warm breakfast was ready at 7:00am

Door handles and a couple of other things are coming loose. No coffee past 10 am. Staff is super nice and helpful. One washer and dryer for the entire hotel that costs a dollar to use and doesn't even dry your stuff all the way.

I was limousine driver asking the front desk maybe he is the manager or just employee I don’t care.
I’m telling you he was very UNHELPFULL, MEAN and RESIST!!!! He should NOT be working with customers with that attitudes.
He can’t answer my questions face to face, but I have no choice except picking up my client and I called from outside asking him can you please tell my client I am waiting outside and he hang-up the phone on me.
He is white and have Beard or mustache please give him class so he should learn how to serve customers……

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The internet is free and not too slow compared to other hotels. The Breakfast isn't bad, just your typical continental breakfast. The staff is awesome. They're super nice and very accommodating.

The young man that helped us out - Chris I believe was awesome! He had all my items I requested at mobile check in ready as well as our keys. It was appreciated since we got in late and was tired. The room was great and breakfast was good.

Great service and staff. Sucks there's only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel but they do offer a dry cleaning service if you can afford it. Location is great since it's located next to various different places to eat and shop.

Stayed outside of Atlanta. We were located on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean and the employees were very respectful. We did not partake of the breakfast. This was one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

This place was nice. Me and my husband stayed the night of our wedding after the service. Breakfast was good. There were a few different options, so as a vegetarian that was nice. The staff were very nice.

Clean but dated. There was a random loud noise that kept happening that sounded like the pipes groaning. Definitely would wake you up from a dead sleep.

It was an ok room. They could've cleaned a little more detailed seemed like it was a quick wipe down and switch of sheets. The hot water did run out fairly quick too. But besides that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a family or friend if there are other options available, sorry.

Location is alright, there are a few places that you can walk to. You can get to plenty of locations by car. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Friendly and helpful desk staff, nice rooms, but most of all I look forward to the continental breakfasts. I got up in the morning, went down for breakfast, but most food stations were empty, including the eggs, sausage, waffle batter, fruit salad, orange juice. This was an hour before breakfast was scheduled to end.
