The people here at this hotel are really hospitable!! My mom who is elderly got lost and saw this hotel. I asked her to go in and let me speak to the clerk to help her get directions. Vin at the front desk helped my mom get directions and put them in her phone for her because she does not know how to use smartphones. I'm forever grateful for kind people like Vin!

We had a great walk in experience, Vim helped us book and check in quickly and painlessly. The facility could use some updating but it was affordable and the staff was nice.

You get what you pay for here. Had to pay extra at check in for my kids or something. Not that big of an issue, but the bathroom was not properly cleaned when we stayed. They didn't clean our room the 3 days we were there. Beware of the hard boiled eggs for breakfast, pretty sure if they weren't eaten the prior day, you're gonna see it tomorrow. It's just a value room. If you keep your expectations low, you won't be disappointed.

Five stars for the staff. Facility is maybe a B, since the most important thingthe BEDwas great. Check in was fast, bed was made and clean. Bathroom is a little sketchy and on the small side. Air conditioning worked great. Fitness center is VERY lacking. Not one weight or bar in sight. No weight training at this hotel. Extensive vending area and lots of restaurants deliver. Hotel shuttle from airport was fast and effortless.

Location is good, it's close to the airport, quite preferable for business professionals who are there for a short visit. Room is spacious and has good amenities. The shuttle service to the airport is also very nice, helped me a lot by providing on-demand shuttle to picks DN drop from the airport. Staff is comforting and accomodating. The only issue is that they don't provide any room service and in-house dining. I would recommend to stay here if you are on a short business visit and have flights on conductive days as traffic from Atlanta city center to the airport could be bad.

Pleasant, but needs to be clean a little more thoroughly. I.E. , the hallway carpet needs to be cleaned. It's giving off a smell. Second floor when you get off the elevator stinks. Like it needs to be clean and most certainly vacuumed every day.

The room was OK but there was a little bug on the bed. Don't think it was bed bugs. The breakfast was not all that. But the orange just was good.

My husband stated there for a work related training. I went up for a couple of days. Very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I world stay there again.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and large rooms for a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere! I travel a lot for business and this hotel really met my expectations and the staff is very friendly!! A younger man at the counter and a woman named Shay are very helpful and it took less then 2 minutes to check in!! Highly recommend this place. They care so much they even called as soon as I walked in the room to confirm everything was how it should be!!

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was clean. The hotel over all look is dated but didn't take away from a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious.

This hotel was one of the worst I have had stayed. I tried really hard to make this work and I just could not. The rooms were dingy, the fixtures were dated, the room smelled stale and well it was a mess. The only thing good about this experience was LaShonda at the front desk she was pleasant and accommodating. They are under new management and mentioned they were going through renovations but never mentioned when we checked in. The new owners need to provide more for their guests to compensate guestS for the inconvenience. In the meantime while they renovate they need to hire a staff to do a deep clean of every single room fromate to bottom.

The rooms are large and clean but could use an update. The hotel says it's a non-smoking hotel, but you can smell cigarettes in the halls and somewhat in the rooms. I would not stay here again since I can't stand the smell of cigarettes.

I went for a birthday party and the B room in the basement was rented. It was very spacious and had split wall partition that you could easily remove if need be. It helped separate the party to the relaxing area and was very convenient. The chairs and table provided were an addiitional bonus. Very nice venue to book a social gathering.

Helpful staff reasonably priced allowed me to park my car overnight while I was on a business trip. Hotel staff was more than nice with the driver Vin picking me up at the airport outside of normal service hours period seem like they had a nice breakfast buffet and generally I thought it was a pleasant stay.

This is great place period! I as stranded on my flight to Chile, I was picked up at 3:30 am and taken to their hotel. The prices are excellent and the staff is even better. This is the only I would call if I needed a room by the airport in Atlanta. They will even shuttle you downtown when you stay there or in the immediate area. I had a room with a view for $79, you can't beat that folks. The place is nice for the money. I really liked that place.
