Outstanding, the customer service from Cory and Crystal made me forget about Marriott. my mother was skeptical about staying at a Holiday Inn. This hotel was clean and smelled wonderful, the rooms were updated and clean. The hallways were very colorful and after going next door to the Fairfield Inn smelling fumes, we welcomed the clean and wonderful room colors and spacious suites. I will stay here again if in the area. We will have our breakfast buffet tomorrow that is incldued with your stay! Thank you Corey and Crystal for going above and beyond helping a unhappy customer from another hotel chain and turned me around to a happy customer a happy IHG customer..

Very clean, nice staff, free coffee 24/7 in the lobby area, Wi-Fi and desktop computer available for use in the lobby. Great breakfasts all week long! Hot pancakes! Great customer service and care! Will definitely stay here again in the future! Top notch!

Very clean and comfortable at a reasonable pricewhich is unusual for Atlanta as even more expensive hotels are not certain to be either. Ten miles and thirty minutes (thanks to Atlanta's deplorable traffic planning coupled with the insane drivers) from the Doraville MARTA station for an easy trip into the city. Definitely recommend.

I was here for setting up a training session for a large corporation, and the flexibility of the staff to accommodate us was very impressive. They went out of their way to retrofit the connectivity we needed for all of our equipment and as a result the training went very well - many thanks to all that were involved!

Nice, updated, clean property. The staff was very friendly and eager to ensure I had a pleasant stay. And you can walk to a really good restaurant.

The hotel is nice. We received great customer service from Corey Langley, Customer Service Mgr. Initially, we were assigned a handicap room (we didn't request) and the shower didn't look like it'd been cleaned. We were moved to another room by another front desk person and she gave us a double bed room instead of the king we requested. Once in the room, Corey called to tell us he was moving us and upgrading to a king suite (the 3rd and final move/room) because our reservation was for king and he felt it was the right thing to do. In the second (double bed) room, I noticed old blood stains on the top sheet/cover; but at this point he was moving us. The only issue with the king suite was the a/c didn't get cold. Reported it on Saturday morning after a miserable night's sleep.

This is a decent HIE located in a very convenient spot. My room was comfortable and suited my needs. The bathroom is quite small, however, with the door only clearing the toilet by 2 or 3 inches when opening it. The only major concern there was the internet. It seems to smooth out in the mid-to-late evenings, but during the afternoon, it is extremely unreliable. I don't just mean it gets bogged down, I mean it won't connect or you have to choose a different guest account, which in turn will give you the same issues. I was there 4 days and it was a bit of a hassle every day. But again, I'm not sure what happens but after 6 or so it seems to work pretty well.
Overall this is a good spot and they do a great job keeping the breakfast options fresh, so you won't be disappointed for choosing to stay here.

A convenient location for the purpose of my visit. The guest room was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom was not. The cleaning staff was not careful in cleaning the shower, there was leftover hair form the previous guest still on the shower. Disgusting. The doo took up a lot of maneuvering space and it would not close properly. Needs updating. The breakfast in the lobby was a nice amenity.

Well situated off I-85. Clean rooms - and quiet. (I was right next to elevator and vending machines but heard nothing). Friendly staff, plenty of outlets bear the bed (which is a MUST for me when I travel)

Very nice hotel people at desk and breakfast bar is very nice and friendly. Bathrooms are super clean. Rooms are very nice. Inside hotel is very modern. Beds are very comfortable. Had a very nice experience I will come back to this hotel.
