Unexpected snow day forced another night stay in Atlanta. The Hyatt was the first place I could get to. Their power was actually out from the storm and they still accommodated me, even bringing in food and snacks for all the guests. Room was nice, shower was good, and entire staff was extremely friendly. Really enjoyed the unexpected night.

Building is old with very tiny outdoor pool, but rooms very well updated and very nice. Breakfast buffet was a terrible disappointment - dried, crusty food, soggy thawed frozen fruit, and a watery substance that I could not identify (grits? Oatmeal?) Rooms are great, amenities not at all.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean, especially the shower. The staff was very nice and accommodating when we needed to add a few extra days to our stay. We will definitely return when we are in Georgia again.

I stayed there this past week, and it seems like everyone is spot on in the reviews. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet and clean. Some maintenance would help things out; my drains were pretty slow and backing up a little. AC was a little aggressive, but I personally was fine with it. I would stay here again if needed.

All in all a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, roomy, and generally comfortable. Parking lot was the biggest issue. The shuttle parked in the turnaround making it impossible to pull up, drop off, and then park. Really unpleasant in bad weather. Complimentary breakfast was above average and the location was easy to find with plenty of surrounding supporting businesses.

Very nice room. Nice modern furniture. Decent, comfortable bed. One issue. Hyatt site said breakfast was served from 7-11 on weekends, but they actually stopped serving breakfast at 10am.

More like 3.5. nice place. You can see a mix of people - both family and business. Free breakfast is a welcome option. A little old style rooms but spacious. And everyone is courteous. And it's right by a marketplace and about a mile from the North point mall. And they have courtesy ride for 5 miles which was life savior since I din't rent a car in my visit. Overall, had a good time.

The room is a decent size with contemporary decor. The mattress is firm and the sheets are soft. Water pressure is excellent. I had no issues with having cold spurts of water when taking a shower just before 7 AM (which I have had in other hotels while traveling on business). The complimentary breakfast was decent. Be careful with the toaster it burns bread even on the level 2 setting. I wished there was a waffle maker in the breakfast set up.

GREAT hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love my room, I love the food and bar area is inviting. I have been able to sleep each night. The room is warm and comfy, I love how big it is and I love how roomy the bathroom it.

The hotel was busy but the service was outstanding. Our room's fridge was too warm and they REPLACED it in less than five minutes. The man at the front desk was super efficient and remained calm and courteous despite being busy. We had the pleasure of enjoying an event in the hotel's meeting rooms as well Those accommodations were wonderful. And overall the location and value are great! I hope to come back.

Wow. We evacuated here for hurricane Matthew. They were busy and full to the brim, but managed everything well and accommodated all of our needs. We were here with 2 dogs; this is always slightly nerve-wrecking, but they were very polite and friendly with the dogs. I have loved the Hyatt Place my work uses, so I expected this would be a good choice. We were definitely pleased! The rooms are spacious and a suite-type set-up which was certainly ideal for the circumstances. Complimentary breakfast. They have a coffee bar and bar-bar, which is awesome! We will definitely be keeping Hyatt Place in kind for all travels, and would return here should we come back to the area.
