was the worst customer service over charge and they made like this is normal I always stay at the Hampton and never had to side my card three time and then the young lady said I just put it back do you see it and my husband said soo you put it back today she said no it will take a few days then management try to say they call me when I clearly told them to call my cell so the same young lady at check out this morning now said it will be up too 5 days which is bull so note to self never stay at that one again I will drive hour down the road because clearly the help do not know what there doing
and the shower needs to be clean the furniture need to be polished had something on the tablesresponse / report this review -

The staff is super friendly. The rooms were pretty clean but most importantly the beds were clean and comfortable and didn't feel old and slept in. The breakfast was free Continental breakfast and there was a decent variety that was kept warm. I would absolutely stay here again.

Touring musician Mario Nelson stayed here recently while performing nearby, and had a fantastic stay in a quiet and clean room! There was plenty of parking and a very friendly staff, especially since checking in was very late due to the performance. The free breakfast was a great way to check out and hit the road in the morning!

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns in the South and Midwest. The Hampton Inn Conyers has the nicest staff, hands down. Southern hospitality at its best!

Location is surrounded by stores, restaurants, and near interstate access and exit ramp. Rooms are with basic amenities, extra toilets, and free breakfast. Service was accommodating to more towels from personal experience.

Wonderful experience! Excellent service. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable with area, and helpful. Location near interstate access and restaurants. We were attending a horse show at the Georgia International Horse Park the Hampton Inn was easy to get to. Place was clean, very pleasant atmosphere, beautifully decorated. Food has been great so far and our rooms extremely comfortable. I love the beds and comforters.

Great hospitality! Each employee my family or I encountered on our extended stay was super nice and extremely helpful. We were here for an unfortunate reason but this place was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Located very close to restaurants and shops and the highway. Front of staff was polite and the lobby was nicely furnished. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all hours. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Also the brand of amenities was Neutrogena which was a nice touch. The bathroom was well illuminated and the shower pressure was great.
Continental breakfast was decent nothing to rave about. My only comment is that they ran out of lids for the complimentary coffee. All in all I would definitely recommend it!response / report this review -

Location was central to local shopping and eateries. Hotel was clean and guestroom bathrooms were recently remodeled. Mattresses were not typical of Hampton properties (at which we frequently stay)--were quite a bit more firm than one would expect from Hilton chain. Front desk staff were most courteous, friendly, and efficient.

The staff are really nice! The rooms are clean and the bed feels AMAZING! The breakfast is great! Will be coming here more often!
