The location was close enough to walk to many places. The rooms are nice enough, and the service is pretty good. They have washer/dryer if you need them. Iron, hair dryer, and microwave in-unit as well as a pretty nice tv. There is a convenience store inside, but the pricing is not reasonable. We did not receive enough towels or cups without asking. I did not like that the restroom does not have a vent in it.

Jasmine did a fantastic job taking care of us. Super gal and pleased with the service we received. Room was fine and breakfast okay. That elevator is a bit of a challenge (slow) but the rest was very good. Recommend and THANK YOU, Jasmine!

Room was decent. Had to unplug the clocks to turn them off. The lights were so bright that I couldn't sleep. Shower curtain was broken and the head was too short. Breakfast was about what you could expect. Other than that, things were good and I enjoyed my stay. Love that it was next to so many good restaurants.

My first impression of this hotel was “wow it looks so clean and nice” BUT BOY WAS I WRONG. The walls between rooms are terribly thin and at 1am I heard the family in the room across screaming because they found bed bugs in the bed that their small child was sleeping in. The staff had to come up and see the bed bugs for themselves. This family then had to drive an hour and a half in the middle of the night to stay with a relative (a clean environment). Not to mention our AC wasn’t working! We sweated all night. I tried to call the “24/7” front desk operator and got a busy signal each time. I would NOT recommend any one to stay here.

Stayed here when we went to Six Flags. The distance was unbeatable, the service was excellent, the price was affordable, and the place was clean. Perfect for our needs.

During my recent visit to Alpharetta, I stayed at the Laquinta Inn on North Point Drive. I was very pleased with the newly renovated room. It was very spacious, it contained toiletry items that I had forgotten at home, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I felt valued as a customer. The welcome bag of goodies that I received at check-in was an added touch. I am a big coffee drinker and was happy with the freshness of the coffee throughout the day. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting this area, you will not be disappointed.

The conference room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Ten people fit around the table with ease. The location is convenient to 400 and North Point Mall, as well as numerous restaurants.

This hotel has good access to main thoroughfares and proximity to plenty of restaurants and retail. As of July of 2017, the rooms all seemed recently renovated. New carpet, fixtures, paint, and beds. The hall noise was greater than that of most hotels I've been in and resorted to blocking the door gaps with towels to cut back. The TV in the room was on the small side, maybe 32 inch, and unplugged on arrival. I found out why once I plugged it in. The system they use to control their TVs seems to cause this TV to power on and off randomly. The remote worked half the time and the front buttons on the TV were disabled. Volume was also capped at 25, probably due to the noise leak issue with the door I described earlier. This volume was inaudible from the bed when the air conditioner kicked in unfortunately. We mentioned the TV problem and they immediately offered to try and fix it, but we declined due to the short duration of the stay. On the hole, the hotel was clean, friendly, and well located. For the price, I'd stay again.

Recently renovated rooms are quite nice for the price. Nice beds, comfortable atmosphere. Conveniently located right next to GA400, and North point mall. Plenty of food options nearby.

Clean rooms but elevator is outdated and slow. Room was ready by the time of checkin they gave a bottle of water and crackers at the time of checkin. Wifi don't have any password. Was hesitant to use it I was in 6th floor and elevator is really really slow and it makes wired noise while passing 4th n 5th floors. Couple of folks in the elevator made same observation, so it's not only me 😆 but all are happy at least it's moving.
I stayed 3 nights and no other complaints.

Rooms were nice and service was nice. Breakfast was decent but better than nothing. I don't mind dogs but if other don't like dogs, they might want to go elsewhere. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

The rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The main reason I did not rate higher is because I had a clogged toilet and the tv would not work. I should also point out they are currently remodeling the rooms so this could possibly be fixed in sorry order.
