The staff was kind and attentive. The room was clean and welcoming. It looked clean. The only issue I did like 2as the feel of the bottom sheet on the bed. It was rough. Overall a bery nice experience.

Newly remodeled so it looks very nice! Also, very pet friendly! However, we also had problems with both those things. When we got to our room, there was a maintenance guy watching tv that said, "Oh, they didn't tell me anyone was staying in this one!" and walked out. The bathroom floor had water damage and was missing some of the tiles, the bathroom doors were missing a handle, and the handle to open the room didn't open the lock completely so you had to wiggle it and pull hard. As for the pet part, there were so many dogs! Unfortunately, our beagle heard the dog next door and started barking at it so our neighbors complained. The front desk called me and asked if it was okay if they took our beagle to the office behind the desk until we could get back and that was okay. The gentleman who gave him back was super nice and handed me a bag of jerky he had been feeding our dog to keep him busy. He apologized for doing that and I told him no worries and apologized for our beagle being so annoying. Moral of the story is, as long as your pet is good about ignoring other pets, you are all good. Overall, my main complaint is just that we ended up in a room that had so many remodeling issues. Otherwise, a nice hotel and comfy beds!

Nice, clean hotel. Free breakfast was much better than your standard hotel breakfast. Area is very nice, lots of shopping and restaurant options. Nice design for rooms. Seemed spacious even though it was pretty standard.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also good. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was we were in an ajoinin room and didn't know our neighbors and we could here them. Other than that it was a really nice stay. The area around the hotel was nice too.

I really enjoyed staying here! Room was very nice, although the shower door needed attention as it didn't keep the water inside. Elevator was old and super slow, but everything else has been recently renovated. I had plenty of time to get breakfast, there was a variety of foods, and it was all tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. They accommodated my need for a crib almost immediately after checking in.

This hotel was amazing! Great area close to office buildings, shopping, nice restaurants, and I-285/GA-400. The place is clean with a tremendous lobby featuring a large breakfast! There are five floors which can be accessed with a nice elevator, plus my room was a nice size, cleaned out very well upon my arrival. Staff is pretty nice; they worked with me throughout my stay. Parking was also easy to manage. I liked this hotel because they give you great value for all you pay for. Stay here if y'all are coming to the Atlanta area! Also close to the MARTA station.

Newly renovated rooms on floor 5-7,very clean and pleasant! Snagged a great price, not too far from Atlanta. Would recommend!

I was not very pleased with seeing the amount of pets that were allowed to stay at the hotel. I would've been better able to deal with it better if, at the lease guest weren't allowed to have them (pets) around the breakfast bar. I know the hotel is going through renovations but to renovate rooms right next door, right below or right above an overnight guest was pretty inconsiderate. Lastly, the AC units need cleaning and filter changes. The smell made it pretty obvious that that simple maintenance had not been done in a very long time. The reason I gave the destination 3 stars it's because of it's location.

We stayed here two years ago during the snowstorm. It was very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. I would, however; love to know where to buy the pillows that are in the room. We loved those pillows and it was one of the best nights sleep we have had.
