It was a little harder to locate than many hotels I have been to but once inside it felt like a courtyard. Very well maintained and the room was great. Could not ask for more.

Mold in refrigerator, mildew smell on sheets, outdated. Not a good place to stay. I would opt for a Residence Inn at a higher rate. If you like cleanliness, this is not the hotel.

Very convenient location, very friendly staff. The facilities are pretty average, but my room had a nice balcony and a fridge, and the lounge area is very nice.

The sheets still had hair on it either from the house keepers or the last guests. The pullout couch mattress is FILTHY I'm talking brown stains. The carpet by the bathroom had a terrible smell, and to top it off, the toilet over flooded at 3 am while we were sleep flooding half the room, forcing us to pack in the middle of the night & go to another room. The overflowed water smelled just like the carpet meaning the toilet probably overflows all the time so not only did they knowingly reserve a room with a broken toilet, they don't clean the carpet after either so I question the cleanliness of the entire hotel. A plus is staff is friendly and helpful & it's in a good location. (Room 121)

Very affordable and clean. No room service and limited kitche are available hours, but the dining area is very nice and contemporary. Cozy place with great air conditioning in rooms!

So it's a pretty standard Marriott Courtyard. Nothing flashy, but the rooms are clean and the staff is great. The hotel bar/restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner, closing at 9 so that is something to make note of since there isn't a lot of options in the area unless you want to drive. They do have a free shuttle that operates till 10pm though which can be useful.

Great room, convenient location, comfortable and clean. The service was great and the parking is free in a market that seems to be moving more and more towards pay for parking. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Rooms need renovation. You can see stains and spots on the carpets. No water bottles in the room too. Rooms are small too and can barely fit a king bed. It is a peaceful and quite property away from the main road.

Room was good & clean. Bathroom was huge and well equipped. Staff was good. The hotel looks new & is well maintained. Only complaint is that the corridor area outside the room gets a bit noisy at night. Could easily hear people walking & talking outside while they walked to their rooms. The temperature control is a bit irritating. Gets too cold or too hot. LOL. Other than that we had a very comfortable stay.

The first room we received had 2 double beds instead of one king even though the reservation said one king and the room smelled of mildew. We switched rooms and after leaving for the day it had that wet mildew smell again, I'm guessing due to the change in temp because the thermostat was set warmer than when we checked in. It was almost unbearable, other than that the stay might have been good but that definitely ruined the experience for me.

Edited to add: After a few short exchanges with the general manager Jerry I was asked for reservation details and sent the email to him, that was 2 days ago. I was not given any indication that he was able to find the reservation to look into the issue nor that he was still concerned. He asks for a chance to right the experience and then proceeds to ignore me. Maybe he assumed I wanted a refund or a free stay, but I wanted neither. Confirmation that my feedback was valued and the issue being fixed was enough as I do not frequent this location and have no intentions of returning at this point in time. Management is sub par just like my stay was. Not recommending this location to anyone.

Hotel was fine. Room was good. Check in was easy and the front desk person was super nice.

Only negative was The Bistro. There was one guy working it. He rushed us along without asking any questions. I guess he knew the couple behind us since he was friendly and helpful to them.

The staff was very nice & helpful. The rooms are older (popcorn ceilings, old carpet, PTAC units) but clean. The carpets desperately needs replacing! The sheets were soft, but the bed was a little hard to sleep on. The lobby was decorated well & had a little Bistro area. The location is very convenient to shops & restaurants. Overall, the hotel was decent for an older hotel, but is a little over priced.
