my father and I stayed the weekend. the "adjustable" mattresses, even on the softest setting were so hard that we both had our arms fall asleep (they're not on proper box springs or even separate wooden slats but instead just these wide boards that make it like sleeping on the floor). the next morning we were charged $12 a pop to dish up and serve ourselves their very underwhelming (not to mention cold) continental breakfast. my father found a piece of plastic in his eggs and the response he got was simply "oh, sorry about that". that night, the employees had decided to throw themselves a holiday party in the front lobby and lock the doors and so we were forced to walk around to the side in the rain. this place sucks.

We stayed her in early fall, it was wonderful! Breakfast is delicious . So were back again for the weekend, rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is very warm and welcoming! Thank you!

Ok'ish, if it haven't been for the road noise it would have been 4 stars. Very good rooms and swift service in the reception. The morning coffee is great.

we are from somewhere that doesn't require you to be 21 to get a room. we didn't get informed of this rule and as a result weren't able to enjoy our trip. drove 8 hours from the west end of iowa just to be denied a room and drive back. no compensation was given. the site should be fixed to warn you about this rule before you book.

The rooms themselves were very nice. Was there to spend the night after a wedding, and they even opened the room for us. The staff was super friendly. Had a great time.

Nice. Good coffee in the room. Clean. Beers were $6 a Bottle at the hotel bar. We picked up some beer at neighborhood store and were asked not to drink them on patio since the bar was open. Seriously?

Pillows were very flat. Full size beds or king. No queen. Traveling with teens makes life difficult with a full size bed. $13 for breakfast. Tiny pool. Not likely to choose another hilton garden inn. :(

Nice clean rooms. Complementary coffee, tea, water in comfortable lobby all day. Friendly staff. Good made to order breakfast in the morning (for a fee).

We had our wedding room block with the Hilton Garden Inn - Addison and they also provided shuttle service to/from our venue for both the bridal party and our guests. We had a few different reps that we worked with over the year leading up to our wedding, but everyone was very nice and helpful. The shuttle service was quick and timely, and none of our guests had any issues. The only negative is that we requested the hotel bar to stay open until 2am (this was promised to us by all reps we worked with). When we arrived at the hotel after the reception, the bar was closed and the front desk staff could not tell us why. The staff allowed our guests to bring in their own beverages and hang out in the lobby, but we were still disappointed in the fact that the bar was not kept open.
