The room was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge but no microwave. I'm not fond of the tissues they have in the bathroom but the TP was absorbent. The soap and shampoo we're great and there was no shortage of hot water. Breakfast had many options and was kept full and clean. There was enough seating and it was very comfortable. The tables were kept clean and everyone there was hard working and courteous. If only someone would realize that when you put hot water in a container that used to contain coffee the water will also taste like coffee. I didn't have my morning tea ( although they had tea bags ) because it tasted like coffee.

This is a nice hotel with a very clean bathroom. I left too early to try the breakfast, but they did accommodate me with a breakfast on the go bag. The best part is that it's so close to the airport and they provide a shuttle to get you there. I would stay here again.

Room was nice, did not use or even look at amenities due to nature of stay. Breakfast was ok, but was free in the not too unreasonable nightly cost, so cant really complain.

Clean comfortable room. Everyones very friendly. Breakfast was good. Turkey sausage and eggs. Waffels if you want them. Dining area is very nice. 10 minutes from Asheville airport.

I live in hotels for work, usually 2-3 weeks out of the month. This hotel has the best staff and the cleanest, nicest and most up to date rooms that I have seen ever at a Hampton!! Truly revitalized my faith in the brand!!!

The online check in option made the arrival and overall checking experience very easy and extremely convenient. The room is immaculate, bed is extremely comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were varied and very fresh. Overall the experience here has been very enjoyable.

Fantastic place to staya few things that was disappointing like WiFi was very slow and had to pay for premium. No indoor pool but very nice outside by the pool and spa area. The staff was awesome. Could use a upgrade on bathrooms and eating. Like having a bar inside or having free dinner. They do have free breakfast which is very nice. I've been to some hotels that have free soda fountains. But very clean and warm feeling hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway. The staff are friendly and helpful, and provided a nice welcome. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Mine had mini fridge, king bed, desk, and lounge chair. Free breakfast had sufficient options.
